The villa is as close as you can get to the Nelson city centre while retaining a special residential feel & the quiet of the river & river walkway. My place is close to nightlife, public transport, the city centre (just 200m to the edge of the inner city), and parks. You’ll love my place because of the location, the cosiness of the home and the beautiful outlook over the Maitai River. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
