Beachfront holiday rental in Hilton Head Island

What a great condo! Exactly what we were looking for in Sea Pines. Came for our anniversary and to escape the cold NC mountain winter. Who knew HH would get over 4” of snow while we were visiting! Made for a memorable trip for sure! Kim was so kind and understanding and reached out to us to offer us another night or so to be able to travel safely out of the area. Enjoyed being able to bring our dog and walk right out across the street to the beach and walk the beautiful paths to salty dog. We’d definitely stay here again (didn’t mind the walk up steps to the 3rd floor at all - happy to get some exercise - but that would be a consideration if you had knee/mobility issues.) All in all, this was a very nice condo, comfortable, clean and well stocked and we are grateful for our lovely stay.

Rob's place is great. Fantastic location with great beach access (3 minute walk), it's clean, great fenced in backyard and has a comfortable bed. Each inch of the house is put to good and practical use. Yes, the shower is small, but it's a similar size as to what you see throughout Europe and the water pressure and detachable showerhead are great. We also really enjoyed using the fire pit one night. Rob was a great host and easy and pleasurable to communicate with. I'd highly recommend this rental.

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Helena’s condo! Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The condo was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed and then some! It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool area was wonderful. Hellena is an excellent Host and was super quick and friendly with all communications! I highly recommend this condo!

Great condo! Loves that it was a single level with no stairs, major play with a toddler. Very clean and private. Host was always responsive and is even shipping back my kids clothes accidentally left behind!

Jackie was very responsive and flexible with our travel plans very accommodating and friendly. Place is exactly as described, clean and quiet area. Being able to walk to Folly field beach was a key for us making this the perfect place.

Beautiful home and a great location

We visited Linda and Jay's in November 2024 and had a very special week in this house. With young children, the proximity to the beach and ease of access was a huge difference maker. My wife and I went down the beach several nights after the kids were in bed and star gazed knowing we could be back in the house in under 30 seconds if needed. The home itself was very well appointed for working remotely. See above proximity to beach making it easy to pop out for 30 min or an hour easily if you need to do this. I would also say this house would be perfect for multi family or large family gatherings. We used the bedrooms and full baths as assets to make it easier to care for 2 under 2, but given each bedroom has its own full bath, you could have everyone together while still not needing to share those private spaces. Highly recommended!!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. It was just a short walk to the beach, and we enjoyed the indoor pool and tennis courts. Great location that was a short drive to the many activities on Hilton Head. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!

Our stay at Hilton Head Island at Jason's place was a real pleasure. Attentive host in an excellent location to restaurants, park and beach. The amenities of the Hilton Resort, next door, with the heated pool, games, snack bar and hot tub was a real plus. Thank you for a great vacation week.

We enjoyed Beth's place and loved that we could walk out and see the sunrise and sunset everyday.

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this location. We absolutely love how peaceful it is. We were just steps away from the beach so we were able to see some pretty sunrises and sunsets. This place is a great location as it's close to many grocery stores and restaurants. We also love the "homey" feel to David's place. It's really a treasure. We 10/10 recommend!

The unit was beautifully renovated. We were right at the beach and walked every day there. Mike had a binder of information for us that covered everything we needed and had restaurant recommendations. We would stay again.

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. We didn't plan on cooking so, the small kitchen was not an issue. Seeing the pictures online, we knew what to expect. The location was great. Walk thru the parking lot to get to the beach. Could have walked to the restaurants and shopping areas. Love Hilton Head. Thanks Oana. We were going to buy you new ice trays, but never got around to it. Hope to do this again.

Debbie’s place was such a relaxing and wonderful stay! My husband and I had the best time. Not only was the bed super comfortable but the views were amazing and so relaxing! Debbie provides everything you need to have a wonderful stay, and was such a thoughtful host! We definitely will be back!

The place was as described. It had all the amenities that we needed. Beach items was a plus. Location was great. Walk to the beach in minutes was awesome. Heated pool in December was great.

Family trip to Hilton Head- 6 adults, a toddler and a 6 month old. The house was beautiful and had a great layout! They had a few baby items already there (and plates/cups/utensils for toddlers) which was a huge help! Short walk to the beach and the covered pool was great. Toddler loved having movie night with the movie theatre room! We are already hoping to come back next year!

Our stay was excellent! The space was exactly like the photos and the layout was perfect for my family of 4 with my two children having their own room and bathroom. The view from the balcony was amazing and peaceful and the ability to easily walk down to the beach and pool were beyond convenient. (Cosmetic updates could be done however that’s my preference and it doesn’t take away from the stay or the beautiful view). The host was extremely responsive and very proactive with clear instructions for the entire process. It was a great stay for my entire family!

My family of 5 (3 littles) from charlotte. NC visited HH this labor day weekend and stayed at Teena's place for 4 days. For a big family, there is a lot we need. We cooked most meals and it was helpful to have utensils, pots, pans, basic seasonings. We were right above the pool which meant quick access so we got plenty of pool time which was also open really late to my surprise. Turned out to be the best part of the trip for our kids. The low tide was particularly low when we went so dint enjoy that as much but it was close enough to the harbor, putt putt, lighthouse, dolphin tours, marina, great restaurants and everything we wanted to do. I reccomend bringing a beach wagon and french press if you are coffee snobs like us. we got plenty of sun, great weather the whole time, easy parking, comfortable beds, clean sheets, soft towels and even a late checkout upon request. Light fixtures could use an upgrade. Highly reccomend this place for your stay. Thank you Teena.

The location was great - on the beach #1. 20-25 mins to Savannah and obviously close to everything on Tybee. It was super peaceful and the public access path to the beach was 2 houses down. My kids loved the beach and we loved the easy access to Savannah. Everything was clean, they had everything in the house you would need. Great house! Thank you!

Great spot. Few minute walk to the beach. Dennis was a great host. Will book again the next time I’m in HHI.
