We had such a nice time. We really got to relax and enjoy the beach. We really liked how close it was to the water, just walking across the parking lot to the beach. There were many bike paths around town and free available bikes enhanced our trip. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the extra blanket. We were also gifted two cute cookies, an octopus and sea turtle. We would recommend and stay again. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

This space was so perfect for a month long get a way. So convient to all things Hilton Head. The condo was so comfortable and put together. We had all the supplies to cook every meal we needed. Bike trails, a public pickle ball court, the beach, a play ground, and a park all withing walking/driving distance. Thank you for a great stay.

We had an exceptional experience during our stay. The condo was stunning, offering a beautiful and tranquil view. The host was highly responsive, providing excellent communication throughout our stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

The condo is very well equipped (kitchen in particular has everything needed), 5 min walk to the beach, and the location is super convenient whether on foot, by bike or car. The condo is bright, clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable. The pool area feels very private, surrounded by vegetation. There are shaded walking/biking paths everywhere and many restaurant options & shops nearby plus very cool places close by to go kayaking. Keith is a terrific host, extremely responsive and an efficient/effective communicator.

Our stay was relaxing and the area very peaceful. One thing the garage can in the kitchen needs to be washed out.

Decided last minute to book this trip and it did not disappoint. There was a slight glitch with the keypad at the gate, but the host answered right away to help us. We will keep this place on our list to revisit for sure!

Lovely, peaceful stay for the holidays. Great place for a couple and pet. Easy walk to beach and lots to do in the area. The apartment is wonderfully equipped with everything for a great beach stay.

We had a lovely stay in this newly renovated, super clean and comfortable unit. Steps to beautiful beach! Kitchen was fully equipped!! Don’t hesitate-book! You won’t regret it.

Kristie was phenomenal and her home felt like a home away from home, my boyfriend and I were so comfortable and felt so relaxed. It was the perfect location for our friend’s wedding, golf and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again whenever we visit again. Thank you for being an amazing host Kristie!!

This is the third time we've stayed at Kevin's place and it is amazing! We love the coziness of his place, the well-stocked kitchen, the short walk to the beach, the access to the pickleball/tennis courts/pool, and nice resort feel without the crowds. Kevin was very helpful with communication and clear instructions. There is plenty to do in Hilton Head within minutes & lots of places to eat or grocery stores available. We took advantage of the pickleball raquets & beach chairs as well as the patio. We will definitely come again! Thanks for this wonderful place!

Me and my family were very pleased by the condo from the very beginning. It was clean, cozy, and felt like home. Rana responded very quickly and answered any questions that I had. There was plenty of room for my whole family whether we were sleeping or sitting around. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! The view was breathtaking, & the wrap-around covered porch was perfect. While we didn't cook or use the coffee maker, the condo was fully equipped for those who prefer to. Here are a few things I particularly appreciated: * The welcome basket * Soft-close toilet seats (a small detail, but appreciated, especially at night!) * Umbrellas provided for rainy days * The coffee machine with pods (even though we didn't use it, it's nice to know it's available) * Extremely comfy bed with extra pillows (soft & firm pillows, a nice touch) * Fantastic shower! hot water & great water pressure Jennifer & Randy were incredibly responsive to our questions, making communication a breeze. For reference, the parking pass for our 3-night stay in December was $35, fair being I had free EV Charging & the beach. 2 Superchargers are close by. Would I say here again? Definitely, I'd stay again when I come back. Great home, clean, friendly & communicative hosts, & centrally located

The condo was well organized with all the essentials and extras such as beach gear and cruiser bikes. Also, the unit is located in a great location, with convenient walking distances to restaurants, bars, shopping, and ice cream parlors while nestled far enough way from the entrainment facilities for tranquility. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo largely due to the condo's location and being well maintained along with the great communication of the owner.

Ashley responds within minutes. She and Kim are wonderful! It really felt like home! Very comfortable. Everything you needed was there. My husband asked if I saved it so we can come back! That means it was awesome because he has only asked to save one other place! My daughters are already planning on staying there for spring break and bringing their Nana with them! We were glad the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and spices! We loved the cast iron pan! We were also glad for in unit temperature control, steaming services, and nearby grocery stores. Andrea was very responsive, generous, understanding, and a great host. The unit is next to a busy road, so we could hear traffic noises when the windows were open, and there wasn’t anywhere to go for a walk from the unit, but there were lots of beautiful parks within a short drive. All around a great stay! Would recommend!

My husband and I with three teenagers had 3 nights in this apartment and it was great. Apartment was clean and tidy. There was everything you need to make meals in the kitchen. The indoor spa pool was great in winter. Check in and out was easy and James the property manager was super friendly, responsive and helpful. Location is close to a beach access (and the beach is beautiful), restaurants, cafe and supermarkets. I would recommend this apartment.

This was such an awesome place to stay! It was beautifully decorated and had the most amazing beach/coastal/I'm on vacation vibe! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, near absolutely everything and the beach within steps was breathtaking. We had a really wonderful long weekend stay. Not only was the condo itself super clean and well-stocked and functional, the beach and dock access is absolutely amazing. In about 2 minutes you are on the beach, exploring oyster beds and finding shells and horseshoe crab molts. Alex is also a fantastic communicator who always kept us feeling comfortable. If we're in Hilton Head or Beaufort again, we'll certainly keep this condo in mind.

Had a blast for my best friends Bachelorette trip. We loved our stay and had such a great time. Our hosts were so easy to contact and made this trip a breeze. We loved how close we were to everything, especially the beach. Our favorite part was the Beach Bear, which. Was right down stairs and so delicious.
