We had an incredible stay in North Reddington Beach! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The condo itself exceeded all our expectations, offering more amenities and comfort than we could have hoped for. The host was extremely responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. If you're looking for a place that combines an amazing location with the feeling of pure relaxation, this is it!

My family and I could not have landed in a more perfect " home away from home" after our house flooded due to a hurricane. From the I moment I made contact with Jessie and Leo, they were extremely responsive. The condominium is lovely, well appointed and provided a safe haven for us. There is everything from extensive cookware to beach necessities available. There is an opportunity to take beautiful walks along Tampa Bay right outside the condominium, which was particularly nice at sunrise and sunset. The condo community is full of amenities which is available to renters, including beautiful, resort-like pools and a gym for the exercise enthusiast! It was not easy to be out of our home for 7 weeks, but Jessie and Leo's place provided a very comfortable and functional environment which they made easy to settle into! I highly recommend it to a traveler or a local!

We had the most amazing stay at Frank’s, from the moment we booked until check out, we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. The space was immaculate and fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, beautiful bedding and the bathroom had plenty of towels and extras in case we forgot anything. Frank and his family were quick to respond if we had any questions. My husband needed to fly home in an emergency and I didn’t hesitate and felt very safe staying there. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and we were able to sit and enjoy some time outside soaking up the sun. We will defintely book with Frank and stay in the cozy space again.
