Monthly Rentals in Highland Park, Los Angeles

During the month I stayed here, I had such a great time and was really happy with my experience. Maria is an amazing and friendly host who’s always ready to help if you need anything. She’s incredibly kind—on Christmas, she brought me cookies, and she would often pick lemons from the trees in her garden and give them to me. These might seem like small gestures, but they made a big difference in my overall experience. She also has the sweetest dogs, and if you love animals, you’ll definitely enjoy spending time with them. Maria’s yard/garden is cozy and beautiful, and I highly recommend having your coffee out there when you want to relax. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely love to stay with Maria again if I get the chance in the future.

Duncan is very friendly and hospitable. I liked the neighborhood- I'm a native of the San Fernando Valley so it's fun to stay in different parts of L.A. This was my first times staying in the Garvanza area since I had to leave my house the night of the Eaton fire. The unit has a nice view, and is described well on the listing. I walked up the driveway to get in and parked on the street. The kitchen has good appliances and the layout is very nice.

Diana is very courteous and kind. I really enjoyed my stay at her place. I would like to come back if and when I get a chance with other projects.
