Holiday rentals with breakfast in Herne Bay

We loved our stay at Jo"s place. Jo is so warm, and friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. The setting was idyllic, and private, with stunning views. We appreciated how comfortable, and cozy the accomodation was, and felt well taken care of. We have just had a wonderful week at Angee’s place. Very close to the beach and cafes. Little and Friday is an easy work. Wild wheat is just around the corner. We found Angee’s place very clean and tidy. Angee was great to communicate with very. We would recommend this as a great stay.

The property was clean and tidy plus looked like the photos. Good amenities Good location for going to the airport and a major shopping centre only 10 minutes away by vehicle. Mohamed was responsive and provided good instructions. Comfortable stay.

The house was perfect and exactly what we expected. Great stay, clean and tidy. Tammee was very accomodating and had good and fast communication. We were first time airbnb guests and she made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Nice living space opens out to covered deck and garden, would be very nice once pool renovation is complete. House is mostly cool with summer weather, note there is no central air conditioning. We did not need it during our stay. Minor improvements could be kitchen utensils update ie knives that are sharp, lids for pots etc, consider rubbish bins in bathrooms and shampoo/conditioners. Tissues in house. Hairdryer was missing however when informed, one was delivered to house within the hour. Very responsive hosts. Would stay with them again.

Great location, great views, and eclectic decor. We had a great stay and would love to return and explore the neighborhood more fully. Some great food spots walkable from the apartment and the bus was very easy to catch into town. The parking spot is very tight, but there is lots of street parking if you don't want to deal with the driveway. A great oasis close to the city, we loved it!

I booked with Sam at the last minute after missing a flight while waiting as a standby traveler. Sam responded immediately and went above and beyond to accommodate my immediate need for a place to stay. His kindness and generosity let me know that he genuinely cared about my comfort while staying at his place.

The location was ideal for easy walkable access to Queen Street, all of downtown including the waterfront, live theatre, parks, the Auckland Art Gallery and restaurants. Tom provided everything we needed for our delightful short stay in this beautiful city. Many thanks.

Our second stay in The Loft and as with our first visit the property was beautifully clean and well appointed. Generous breakfast provisions were very appreciated to save shopping when only there for 3 nights. In a perfect spot for us close to family, but also easy to commute to airport and downtown. Lovely bakery and fresh fruit shop within a few minutes walk. We would highly recommend staying at Louis and Wendy’s.

Marg was a wonderful host and the flat was excellent. I really appreciated her greeting me on arrival, the food supplied and the cleanliness of the place. I would definitely stay again!

Second time staying in this beautiful room, everything is so spacious, clean and comfortable. Felicity is the most wonderful host, loved catching up over a delicious breakfast. Will stay here again in future and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a peaceful room in a beautiful location - with great access to the ferry!

A handy spot for Devonport or Takapuna. Easy to find. Very small bedrooms up a flight of stairs from the small bathroom & toilet combined. Lovely kind hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah’s lovely house. The space was we clean, cozy, and so easy to feel at home in. Deborah was an excellent host - super friendly and responsive. Plus, she’s a super talented artist, so it was a pleasure - and a great bonus - to admire her beautiful work throughout the house. The location was excellent, making it convenient to get to the airport in a short time. Highly recommended!

Gerry and Jeannette made us feel right at home immediately with their warmth greeting and hospitality. it was a perfect closure for our trip in NZ as we witnessed fireworks from their place at New Year's Day and get to spend some time chatting with them and yet having some privacy as well as they respected our space as well. really appreciate all that the hosts have done and the sharing of their personal lives. highly recommend if you want to stay in their lovely home with amazing views and sunrise as well as good food and many eateries all nearby as well as to make new friends!

Absolutely stunning place and easy to find with great and helpful instructions from the hosts. They were always helpful and had clear communication with how to get in and everything else!

Chinese place is very well out. And has every little touch through including plenty of coffee and tea options, mouthwash, sufficient towels, and a lovely garden although it was raining so we could not sit out during our visit. She was kind enough to meet us greet us and say hello before she went on with her business. Highly recommend.

Lovely air BnB with plenty of backyard space, awesome for larger groups of people.
