Holiday rentals with breakfast in Henley Beach

This place is top of our places to stay again when we return to Adelaide. Simply a great location with everything catered for right down to the smallest detail. The property is a credit to the owner.

Our stay at Rachel & Adam’s was excellent! Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer! Spacious, well stocked, refreshing pool, theater tv screen, toys for toddlers and kids of all ages. Amazing location.

Gen’s place was perfect for our one-week stay! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located close to many stores/restaurants. This property is good value for anyone planning to stay in the area.

The house was exactly as described, very comfortable to stay, adequately equipped kitchen with lots of cutlery and crockery. It was very clean and functional with two separate living areas which could accommodate a large number of guests. The house is well-located for access to the beach and shops but also in a quiet street. The house had multiple cooling options - air-conditioning, evaporative cooling and fans so there were lots of options to keep the temperature comfortable. We had a small issue with a window which was stuck shut and Carolyn had that attended to immediately. She was very accessible and responsive. The outdoor area had lots of space for guests to eat outside and a terrific BBQ. We were delighted with our stay so thank you very much to our hosts!

This place was perfect for our visit to Adelaide from Perth. It is central to so much - the beach, airport, shops and city. The accommodation had everything we needed and it was very clean and spacious. We would have loved to stay longer and hope to return in the future.

Loved our stay at Angela's home. We visited Adelaide for Tour Down Under and everything worked great. The house has a secure area out the back for storing bikes and bike bags etc. Angela even assisted when we had a grocery delivery arrive slightly earlier than we did!

Thank you Barb, we had a fabulous stay. Didn’t know we needed accommodation until that morning and Barb communicated clearly and promptly enough that we were able to make it happen stress-free. The house was a perfect home away from home in a lovely location. Highly recommend, thank you.

Beautiful property especially the main room opening onto the terrace and sea view. Helen was super helpful in arranging an early check in for us which enabled us to leave our car and luggage secure when heading to a wedding.

Pamela is the perfect host. Clear communication and an amazing apartment in a central location with plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants, parks & gardens on the doorstep. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend stay. Highly recommended!

Cath’s property is superbly located - walkable to various attractions such as the botanical gardens and Rundle mall, as well as a bunch of great cafes and restaurants. We had a wonderful time exploring Adelaide with the apartment being our home base - highly recommend the property for anyone else looking to do the same!

My family and I had a lovely stay. Ann was a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly. Kitchen and bathroom were fully supplied, which was very much appreciated. We got in and felt right at home. Lovely place 😊

Sally’s place was a comfortable, quiet unit in a great location. Across the road from the beach, with a cafe next door and pub next door to that. The unit was clean, well appointed and the kitchen had all utensils needed for cooking. The breakfast provisions were handy as was the car park at the front of the unit. Sally even provided beach towels, ( and other beach items) which was handy. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again. Thanks Sally.

Jeremy’s place is just perfect in every way. Great location within a stones throw of Glenelg beach. We loved the walk along the esplanade each day. A designated car spot. So many handy items to use whilst there which meant we could have our breaky in the apartment each morning! Jeremy was such a great communicator. We are very grateful for places like this to stay when we come to Adelaide! Most definitely will stay again!

A beautiful home and a welcoming host . Ann was available to answer questions and assist with orientation to the local area and public transport. The home was accessible to the city, very cozy and clean. I can recommend Ann and her home as the perfect place to stay when visiting Adelaide.

Very friendly hosts!! The tiny house and entertainment area had everything we needed and more. Situated in an amazing spot with beautiful surroundings. Definitely would recommend, we will be visiting again in the future ❤️

Janine is a fantastic host and her house was comfortable and amazing to stay in. Janine was helpful and friendly and always down for a chit chat. She let me stay another night, due to flight complications, without issues despite having other guests checking in. The house was clean, tidy and easy to use. The area was very safe and only a 25 ish minute walk into city. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the city but in a quieter area Alex

Absolutely incredible is how i describe this location. The host was amazing to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a great stay. An excellent location if you are looking to explore the adelaide hills as i was. The bedroom is an amazing place to wake up in with the big windows to see all the lush greenery outside. The place is so clean with exactly everything you need. Cant wait to stay again.

Dave was extremely friendly, welcoming myself and my daughter. Clean comfortable room, on street parking was easy. I tried to stay longer but he was booked out! I can see why

A beautiful, relaxing home with a wonderful, welcoming host. Immaculately clean with lovely attention to detail throughout. Enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and listening to the birds in the garden.
