Monthly Rentals in Hecla

Great place downtown. Easily walk to many destinations. A nice space inside for one’s stay. Kitchen has everything you could need. Living room and bedroom are quite comfortable. Edward has plenty of recommendations as well for visitors.

I stayed here for two months and worked remotely during that time. Mary and Yaz’s apartment is well equipped, homey and spacious. The internet (Xfinity) was down a couple times in the area, but otherwise it was solid. Mary and Yaz were always friendly in their communication and responsive to a couple issues that came up with the apartment. The area offers wonderful convenience as it is within 10 minutes of groceries, stores, restaurants and churches. There are also plenty of beautiful parks within 20 minutes. But just a couple of things to be mindful of in case you are sensitive to noise. In addition to the street noise that is mentioned, there is a fire station near by and sirens go off intermittently throughout the week. Also, the door to the downstairs apartment is at the bottom of the stairs (it is locked on both sides), but there is no additional door at the top of the stairs and noises do carry up. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Charles place was great. I was in town for a friend’s birthday, the location was exactly where I needed to be. The house is super cute and very clean. The beds are comfortable and in a really quiet part of town. Would stay here again next time I am in town.

Literally my first time renting a bnb and i had the best experience, very responsive and made sure when it got cold he brought a heater to make sure i didnt freeze. Overall great experience
