Breezy Home, 4 Mi to Volcanoes Nat'l Park!

DaniRating, 5 stars28 months ago
The house is a newer listing but the home is amazing and beautiful! Tropical off grid with everything our family needs and more. We loved it 😊 OMG, the morning coffee on Lanai has the perfect breeze!!! Location: Only 5 mins to Volcano National Park, right by Volcano village and the famous Cooper’s local farmers market. It is only 30 mins from Hilo where we went to snorkeling and 30 mins down south to the famous Panalu’u Beaches. I was so happy to see the turtles on the black sand w/o searching lol. To see green turtles on this beach is pretty much guaranteed, a must visit! Neighborhood: We stayed a few other airbnb on Big Island, some are too rural and don’t feel safe for families (for example, Nanawale, some Pahoa areas, Hawaii/Fern acres have a lot of lands and unpaved roads). This house is in Ohia estate right by Volcano town and the Park. Very safe! Overall, strongly recommend this home in Volcano! we will be back for longer days next time.

Hale Puka'Ana -- Sunset house --Wanna get away?

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It's about two miles from the main road, tucked away in the HOVE subdivision. The home was exactly as pictured—clean and well-maintained, with an absolutely stunning view out over the ocean and the Southernmost Point in the U.S. We loved relaxing in the multiple seating areas on the lanai and watching the incredible sunsets.

This home was PERFECT for oue family of 6 to feel comfortable and enjoy the beautiful area of Hawaii! it was truly a tropical paradise while all the conveniences of home with all the tiny touches like laundry soap, extra beds/bedding, fresh beach towels, and a plethora of loanable snorkel gear and sand castle tools! the private yard and views were unbeatable and the covered lanai was one of our favorite hang out areas. The location was convenient for a quick 15 minuite drive to the beach and downtown while still private. Will definitely stay again!

Aloha E Komo Mai! Welcome to Miracle Hale!

KellyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed for a week and there was more than enough room for our large family. A king bed and AC in 4 bedrooms meant no rock-paper-scissors needed. As advertised, there’s no AC in the large living room/dining room/kitchen but the pool was a refreshing hang out on hot days and the many windows and patio doors got a good cross breeze at night to cool things down. The hot tub was a relaxing hangout at night. It’s not fancy, but it has a ton of room, is comfortable and just what we were looking for. We’d definitely come back.

❀𝙃𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙞, stylish Hideaway near Volcano, Hawaii

KatrinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place was very special. Close to Hawaii volcanoes national park but just a warning, there’s not much else around. Stock up before you get there and make plans to eat some meals at the AirBnB. We loved the outdoor shower and the hanging bed. My kiddo enjoyed lounging and playing ukulele outside. Immaculate place and very clean and welcoming.

Sun-Soaked Waikoloa Retreat w/ Private Lanai!

RichardRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed with a family of 5 for 7 nights. The grounds at Hali'i Kai are beautiful. The pool and hot tub are great for kids and adults, and the entire pool area has a great ocean view. We observed whales and dolphins almost every day from the pool. The restaurant food was good, and priced consistently for the area. This unit is also very close to the pool, but not so close that you could be bothered by the noise or people. The host also has two closets with beach gear in them. This includes beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. They also have beach towels available. I would stay again.

Sunny Central Condo: Lanai & Community Pool Access

Overall pretty good, nice cozy place to stay in Kona. Very clean, and have nearly everything you will need. Pretty close to everything thing, very good location. The building is a bit old, so might experience power outage if using too many appliances at the same time. Not a big deal though.

Kailua-Kona Condo w/ Resort Amenities Access!

KelseyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Our family of four (two small kids) had a great stay. The unit was spacious with plenty of common space, a comfortable large bed, and room for our kids in the provided pack n' play and a blow up bed we brought. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and even had condiments. The common spaces on the property were great, we went to the pool several times and our kids loved the playground. The unit is close by to Keauhou Shopping Center which is really convenient.

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Hawaii! Cannot emphasize enough how awesome the location is - 12 minutes from Hāpuna beach (WORTH the entrance fee and plan a day there… you’ll wish you spent more time!) and make sure to get some malasadas from the food truck on the way! 1 hr from Mauna Kea, walking distance from two awesome shopping centers. Check out the walkable Island Gourmet Markets (ABC chain) for great food/grocery items as well as souvenirs, alcohol, local treats, vacation gear. We LOVED this store, wish we would’ve been able to find one sooner in Hawaii because of the convenience and cost savings. As for the Airbnb itself, beautifully updated and with great amenities. AC worked perfectly. Everything was extremely clean, well maintained, and communicative hosts. Neighbors were quiet, parking was easy, neighborhood is gated and very beautiful. Wish we could’ve spent more time here but alas, that’s Hawai’i for you :)

Delightful 1BR Mountainview 1st-Floor | Balcony

BriannaRating, 5 stars25 months ago
This was a great place to stay in Kona. The unit was easy to access, clean, and comfortable (note that the AC doesn't reach the bedroom, but there are two fans). We loved the poke shop across the street, BBQing on the grills overlooking the ocean, and exploring the tide pools where we saw a couple turtles. There's some snorkel/swim gear in the unit, and plenty of kitchen supplies (rice cooker, blender, plenty of pots and pans, etc). Laundry is shared coin laundry near the lobby across the street. We received clear instructions from Vacasa although the experience isn't as personal as a typical Airbnb. We had everything we needed, so can't speak to their responsiveness with issues. Overall I'd recommend this place - it's a great value and decent location!
