We had an amazing stay at this incredible property! The place was immaculately clean, stunningly beautiful, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, making us feel right at home. We were genuinely sad to leave and are already planning our next visit! The locality is equally impressive, rich in history and culture. We highly recommend this place to everyone - couples, families, and solo travelers alike. It's a must-stay destination in Mysore!

We stayed at Preetham’s place for a week to ring in the new year and had an amazing time. The villa was exactly as advertised and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful locality away from the city noise, it was still just a 10-15 minute drive to the city center. Preetham’s family was very welcoming, and we loved their company. The house was kept neat and clean, and we especially appreciated the care Preetham took to ensure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The open terrace offered beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset, perfect for sipping tea, coffee, or even a chilled beer. There were also board games to while away the time. Overall, we had an awesome time and plan to surely visit again in the future. Thanks Preetham! especially grateful for your hospitality. Good luck hosting and continue the great job!!

Sudhakar is an impeccable and highly organized host who as soon as the booking was confirmed shared all the details and instructions. Mr. Girish the caretaker is very prompt who ensured a smooth checkin and called me prior to check in despite my forgetfulness to notify him an hour prior. Sudhakar's EARTH villa is amazing value for money and tastefully appointed with high quality items in spaces both common and private, amenities are topline and cleanliness is pristine with private parking and lawn. We felt right at home from the word go. We look forward to staying again at EARTH villa on our next trip.

Very well maintained property in Mysore. The house was beautiful and Akshay was very responsive right from the time of the booking. Rooms have really good decor and furniture which are perfect for a family get together. If you are looking for a family outing with 7-8 people, this is a very good choice.

We were recommended to stay here and so glad we did. Nivya spoke excellent English and communication was easy. Spotlessly clean, clean rooms, linen and towels; comfy bed with good air con. Great location near to many sights. Nice friendly neighbourhood - loved view from terrace of kids playing cricket, tomato sellers, the odd cow! Nice and quiet at night. We slept well. Nivya has a nice driver who picked us up from the airport and also took us on a day tour. We had some great restaurant recommendations - The Lemon Three ; Green Heritage (great South Indian Thaali) and Shivalaya Veg for best masala dosas. Must sees are the Mysuru Palace; The Chamundi Hill temples (don’t miss the Nandi Bull which is 200 steps down from the top or 800 steps up if you walk up the 1000 steps like we did); the UNESCO temple Somanathapura (45 min drive but well worth it); the art gallery at Jaganmohan Palace and Karanji Lake (we saw a crocodile). Don’t hesitate - book this lovely rooftop retreat!

This apartment is right in the center of the most happening neighborhood in Mysore. It’s very safe and walking distance to most places. Vikram was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Ratna would be there every morning to make sure the house is clean, helped us with our laundry and trash. I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to rent this in the future.
