The place and the location were absolutely stunning and we loved tending to and then sitting in the hot tub at sunset.

Summer or winter, this alpine setting has ALOT to offer. We made the most of the landscape by hiking, biking and animal spotting. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the stars emerge without any light pollution.

We had a lovely weekend at Richard’s. Perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. With mixed weather we got to make the most of both the fire place and hotpool but also the swimming pool on the hot day. Highly recommend the farm tour - such a beautiful place and Richard was an excellent guide and host!

Absolutely fabulous, relaxing stay at this home. Such beautiful surroundings. The children loved the garden, exploring the tree house and the trampoline, and it was great that they had their own TV den. We also loved the hot tub and sitting by the fire for peaceful relaxation. Great that there was also washing facilities as we had been on the road a couple of days. Nice not having to use the car as everything was walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Atypical and charming place. Our kids loved sleeping in the old stagecoach garage with the horse stools on display as decoration. Mike and Linda were very welcoming and showed us around the property which has many surprises in store! Despite the rainy weather we had a lovely time!

Lovely house in a great position to walk everywhere and enjoy everything Hanmer Springs has to offer. It had a bit less outdoor space than we were expecting but this didn’t stop us from enjoying a BBQ! The kitchen is very well equipped and it’s a lovely sociable space. The beds were huge and bathrooms spotless. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If you’re adventurous and enjoy unique places, then like us, you’ll love this place!Thankfully for us the weather cleared the afternoon we arrived and we had fantastic views of the mountains and surrounding areas. Some persistent stoking of the hot tub paid off and a good relaxing soak in steaming hot water as the clouds rolled in and rain started in the late evening was beautiful!

we had a wonderful stay , with Maree .nice spacious grounds for our dog to have a wander around very close to the main street ,everything within walking distance Marie was very helpful about sightseeing and things to do

The house is deceiving and plenty of room inside and immaculate. Lovely kitchen and a great shower. Excellent communication and lovely extra treats that my boys devoured at check in! We love being able to bring along our beloved wee dog and will definitely book again. Thank you for a great stay

We had a great time, it’s was very cosy, good facilities. The house is better than the photos, huge lounge, great for families.

Any confusion re: location was all mine. Once I understood I needed to check in with the Top 10 Park office, it all became too easy. My wife & I had 4 family friends from overseas staying with us, & they were VERY impressed. Kitchen Appliances, Linen etc, & then the beds themselves -firm, but we all slept really well. The bathroom was rated highly by all, & a separate "powder room" off the lounge area was a bonus. The lounge area easily accomodated us all. Outside on the deck was a Weber Gas BBQ for our use, but sadly not for us this time. A very well thought out design given the constraints of the building external dimensions. Inside, it feels very generous in it's proportions. We highly recommend this as an excellent place to stay. Try to book it for more than just a single night, which was our only regret. Our compliments to our hosts, who btw were very easily contacted. Thanks again.

Fabulous location up high with great views. Good layout with master at one end and other bedrooms at the other end. Walkable to town with a bit of a steep street but doable. Section and deck area not secure for toddlers. Overall a great place to stay and create memories
