Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Handbridge

An excellent place to stay. Very helpful host, super comfortable bed, one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve had, very private but easy to get to other places. Being able to charge our car was a big plus. Our 6 year old also loved running around in the garden.

Lovely stay. Right in the heart of Nantwich. Log fire and very cosy. Great communication with David & Samantha. Would recommend!

Frog Manor was quaint and beautiful, with extremely good amenities. Richard was an exceptional host, offering a lot of guidance, help and local suggestions whilst giving us total privacy. The Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless yet full of charm and nearly all looked out to the wonderful gardens. The dinosaur does still exist, you just have to cross the bottom bridge and stroll through the wild flower forest. I cannot recommend this wonderful home enough, Thank you Richard

We loved the layout of this place—upstairs living and downstairs sleeping worked perfectly for us. The floors were quite noisy, but thankfully, with toddlers around, most of our group was already used to a little extra noise! If you're comfortable driving up steep roads, this venue is well worth it. It was wonderfully warm inside, so much so that we didn’t even get a chance to use the fire! There are plenty of activities and adventures within a 15 to 30-minute drive, but the on-site games room is a great option for fun as well. While we didn’t get to explore nearby walks, we noticed plenty of people parked close by, suggesting there’s lots to enjoy in the area. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place!

We had a great time at Ash Lodge. It's beautifully furnished, comfortable and very clean. It's location was ideal too, with easy access to the marina and Audlem. The onsite cafe and tapas bar in Audlem were both good. Hilary and Ian were very welcoming and helpful. We had a relaxing and peaceful time, and hope to return. Thanks!

Centrally located by the river. Cosy, really clean and comfortable. The stocked up log fire especially welcome on a chilly February afternoon. Exactly what we needed for our brief stay in Llangollen. Easy to find and park. Recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay here! This place was incredibly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect with only a short walk into town. Michael was a great host, very responsive and allowed us to have a late check out. When we visit Chester again, we will definitely stay here and would recommend this place to others. Great place to stay. Jane was super responsive. Apartment was super clean, tidy and well finished. Bed was cracker and very comfortable. The milk, water, butter, cereal and Fox’s biscuits were a great touch. Just jumped in an an Uber to get to the centre of town

We went to see Antony Gormley’s Another Place Lynne’s place is less than 5 minutes from the beach where the statues are. Perfect location for us and we were blessed with great weather

The Stables was near all the shops and restaurants in Ruthin and close to the castle where we were going in the morning for a spa day. The apartment was characterful and cosy and ideal for myself and 2 other adult friends. The lack of parking at the accomodation wasn't an issue as the cark park on Dog lane was very close and only £4 for 24 hours. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the nearby small plates. I can't comment on how easy it was to find the Stables as we arrived in Ruthin a few hours before check in and just happened to stumble across the accomodation while we were looking around the town. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a lovely town.

Great two nights stay, while visiting family member in Chester Uni (only 20 min from Chester). Comfortable and fully equipped. My old two dogs enjoyed fully fenced garden. Welcome goodies -wine, pastry, milk and dog biscuits- much appreciated!! Picturesque village with lots of walks and lovely atmosphere- Holt castle within walking distance. Nice host, clear instructions, easy to find. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay here in ruthin, location was great just a short walk into town. Apartment was perfect everything you need with an amazing hot tub out on the balcony with lovely views next to the river. Very pleasant host who was most helpful.

We stayed here for 5 nights between Christmas and new years, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The place is spacious, bright and cosy, and it has everything you’d need. Our host, Ed, was very helpful and responsive. If you’re visiting Liverpool, the location couldn’t be better. There is a metro/train station just around the corner where it’s just one stop into the centre of Liverpool. Also, it’s near to the ferry, and even buses. We were so happy to have this as our base for our visit. I would absolutely stay here again, if possible.
