We had a great family stay at Julias house. The house met everyones needs and Julia was a fantastic host. Would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely stunning place! We went to an event at Carden park so it was so convenient. Excellent communication the house was so cosy beautifully done and immaculate.

All 5 star reviews on here are absolutely correct, and well deserved. I have nothing else to add from what everyone has said below - all true! It was a surprise birthday gift for my partner, and it lived up to expectations. Would especially say great for children who love being outdoors and farm animals. the setting is just perfect and Rod extremely responsive and friendly, making it easy for all of us. lots to do in the area around as well. Thank you!

We had a great time. Joe was really helpful and the site itself is so peaceful with a river running through. There were loads of logs provided which was great in January and meant everything was comfortable. Can definitely recommend and we will be returning!!!

Thank you Jane and Jess for a great stay! The place was very clean and full of lovely Christmas touches. The highlight of the property is the cosy living room at the top. The location is peaceful and quiet with some pretty countryside walks nearby.

We had a wonderful time at Victoria’s cottage. Communication prior to our arrival was first class, including helpful recommendations for restaurants to book. When we arrived all was as promised and we even had a chance to meet Victoria and her family. Our kids had great fun playing, and even the dogs got to hang out together. Victoria and her family were very helpful, telling us about the local area and they even lent a sled to the kids when it snowed on one of the days. The cottage is well located for visiting the local area and had everything we needed for our trip. It was also genuinely dog friendly, with dog bowls available and lots of space in the secure garden. We are expecting to be back in the area later this year and will certainly be booking the cottage again.

Beautiful and comfortable house. Perfect for daytrips in Cheshire. We visited Chester Zoo, Beeston Castle and Bewilderwood. The house has peaceful views over farmland. Large well kept garden to the front and private smaller garden with hot-tub overlooking the fields. We particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the fairy lights over the hot-tub and the immaculate condition of the house. Sandra is a lovely host who is responsive but not intrusive.

From the get go, Zoe was incredible with her communication. We unfortunately didn't get to meet in person but will most certainly be back. We were left to our ourselves and recived a few social calls from some delightful cats. The place was immaculate and very well stocked. There were many thoughtful little touches that enhanced the experience. My partner and I felt very at home and enjoyed the most comfortable bed and took full advantage of the amenities. The hot tub is awesome, the sauna was incredible and the shower had amazing water pressure. We loved the bath, what a treat it was. Thank you again for letting us stay, we'll be in touch and visit again.
