Monthly Rentals in Hallsville

My stay was very enjoyable. Catherine was always responsive in a timely manner, and all representations regarding the unit were accurate. The unit was clean and well maintained and a cozy environment overlooking a private wooded area. I'll be back for sure.

Homecoming or any football weekend is crazy in Columbia but this was a great & easy stay! Very clean & comfortable. Dan has done an excellent job with this property!

This apartment is incredible! It had everything I wanted and needed for the ultimate vacation. The only issue, and unfortunately it was a major issue, was that the guests in the apartment above had a toddler who was running and stomping all the time. It was enough to shaje the glass in the fireplace. I understand how children can be but there is a certain expectation when being in an upstairs apartment. I was in communication with Mark. He did what he could in asking the guests to be mindful, but it did not work. I ended my vacation a day early as the noise level was unbearable. Please do not let my experience ruin you on this apartment! Mark is a wonderful host and this apartment is a gamers dream!
