The Grampians National Park is in the area making this an affordable base for day trips. Modern shower was great. Kitchen is small but staff were available to provide items from the Great Western Hotel Motel over the road.

Bob's House

CliveRating, 5 stars36 months ago
Robert is a wonderful host, not only was he able to provide us with lots of local knowledge of the area but he also made us feel right at home. Apart from being able to tell us of many local things to do he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, even providing a delicious home cooked meal for us. There is a very good pub about 100m up the road with great food and friendly locals. Bobs' house is very clean and comfortable set in the quaint village of Landsborough this is the perfect location to relax and wind down from the busy city life. Bob and his partner (and his lovely dog Molly), are special hosts making you feel comfortable and homely immediately. Highly recommended if you want an invigorating getaway in the country.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Ararat. Jon’s place had everything we needed and more. Our toddler particularly loved the playroom and we loved the comfy beds and fire pit. We’d love to return one day, thank you Jon!

Cosy bush cottage at the foot of the Grampians

DannyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Melissa was the perfect host. The cottage is absolutely amazing. My five kids, my wife and our dog had a wonderful time away. The cottage is really close to the Grampians and it was super close to Ararat. If you are looking for a lovely home to stay in one of the most picturesque locations in Victoria, look no further. We will definitely be back!

Tiny House 16B at Grampians Edge by Tiny Away

MarcRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Magnificent little stay on our way back to Melbourne from Adelaide. Hosts were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Was great to meet Dale and Katey! Tiny house was clean and comfortable. The rec room was brilliant for my little fella and the communal kitchen was pristine. The backdrop of the Grampians added to the magic. A great experience and would recommend it for a short or extended stay.

Retro Bus with Bathroom (Bus 1)

ZannatulRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We stayed at Bus 1 and we were a little worried whether it will be too tight or not. But it had everything we needed, two small fridges to fit all our foods, enough fresh linen and towels for a family of 4. It was a different experience for us. There is a kitchen right outside our bus which has most of the appliances. There are no stoves but we have seen people bringing their electric stove or portable stove. There is laundry room as well but we didn’t need to use it. All in all, they have everything you need and if you have any questions, just reach out. The front desk was very helpful. We were struggling to open the door and they helped us straight away. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Modern Country Retreat I - Stawell Grampians

KarenRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Had a great stay at Gail's place. :) We really appreciated the responsiveness when booking as we were very last minute - booked within 24 hrs of arriving! The place was as advertised and the bed super comfy. As a few others have mentioned the bedroom blind doesn't block much light if you want to sleep in or have babies needing naps as we did. We added a blanket to block it out and were good. :) Thanks Gail!
