Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Halifax Harbour

This air b&b is a gem - my favourite spot of all the locations I’ve had the pleasure to stay at. The home is beautiful, welcoming, open and inspiring… the views are incredible and peaceful. Highly recommend!!

The house was amazing. Susan and Doug kept the place squeaky clean. Also, the little things that enhance accessibility were not left out in the property

Lovely place, beautiful property, clear, spacious, big comfortable beds My only suggestion would be to have more towels/towels for hot tub. There were 6 of us (booked for 7). There were only 7 towels! Not enough for showering and hot tub Also no wine glasses that we could find and no plastic glasses even though they wanted plastic around the hot tub (understandably). So we had to go buy some plastic. Otherwise great spot!

We were celebrating a 50th birthday with a spa day nearby. The 4 bedrooms was a dream! The house had all we needed and then some. The host was amazing from beginning to end. Responsive. Proactive. Friendly. We spent 2 stormy nights and we're cozy the whole time. Thanks for the great weekend.

The spot was perfect for us, a great little cottage by the lake. The lake was gorgeous! Chris was very responsive for all of our changes in schedule and questions we had and even left us a little welcome gift of some snacks and drinks. It was incredible and we would stay there again! also it is much closer to Halifax than you think! Turn on tolls when looking because everyone uses the toll bridge and it's just 1.25$ at time of writing and it saves 20 minutes to get into Halifax!

We had a great stay at Owl & Otter! We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough space for everyone! We had two dogs staying with us and they loved the walking trail. Having the event space downstairs made it easy for us to all hang out while not disturbing any of our friends who wanted to sleep upstairs. Emily was super responsive and was always quick to answer any questions that we had! Definitely would stay again :)

We have stayed here a bunch of times in the past and everytime we have a great stay. We have everything we could possibly need and it's close to amenities that you may need. Thanks again for hosting us..it's always a pleasure to stay here!

Dave’s place is easy to find, clean and cozy. Lots of room, great kitchen for prepping meals, clean bathroom and excellent yard for the dogs to run and play. The woodstove is so cozy in the winter with lots of dry firewood at your fingertips. Can’t wait to get back!

We loved the location central to going to Halifax and Mahone Bay and Lundenburg also for going to our next place. Clean neat and tidy great shower all the amenities you need for a short stay!!

Kevin and Alanna's place was absolutely beautiful it was a cozy spot to stay very close to the city and local stores it had everything you needed to feel right at home

Our stay with Bryan was amazing. A very clean and quiet place. He was super quick to respond to messages. He made sure we felt at home and if we needed anything not to be shy.

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

We had such a great stay here. A few friends came to Halifax for a trail race, and this was the perfect place for rest and relaxation before and after. Great layout, beautiful kitchen and living area, and we loved the hot tub! Lovely hosts were welcoming and responsive. We would highly recommend if looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay.

We absolutely loved T’s Airbnb and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We actually lived there for three months while we were waiting for our house to be renovated and it was truly a home away from home. All the appliances, linens, dishes, etc. were high-quality and like new condition. We especially loved the Napoleon fireplace and the amazing hot tub. T was proactive, asking us every couple of weeks if we needed any supplies. Really close to cute coffee shops and restaurants. Beautiful street. The pictures don’t do it justice and T was one of our fav hosts ever. Thanks T!

Excellent host and very hospitable. The accommodation was very clean. Location is great because it is very close to Dalhousie.

Interior is modern and very comfortable and the swim spa and patio area are private, with great views of the bay during the day and the stars at night. Easy access to Hailfax and the surrounding area.

Our stay was so enjoyable and refreshing. I’d recommend this place to anyone and would love to come again!

Great cottage, quick drive to a beautiful beach, coffee & restaurants within 2 min drive

This cabin in the woods in absolutely stunning! The house itself, the beautiful views, and the amenities (including a hot tub) made the stay completely worthwhile! We had such a great time! The internet, wifi 6, worked better than our internet at home! Also, and probably most importantly, is how thoughtful and caring Scott, the host, was during our stay. He made sure we got in okay, that our stay was going well, and was always quick to respond! We highly recommend this airbnb!

LOVED the Fish Store so much! Great views of the water, great hospitality, great fires with sounds of the ocean, cozy atmosphere. Great paradise away from home! Laura and Jeff were very welcoming and hospitable!

Andrew's Surf Shack was a quiet and peaceful location. Great for a couple nights of relaxation in the hot tub. Close to our family in Porter's Lake, but also close to all amenities, restaurants, and a quick drive to downtown Halifax. The Surf Shack matched what was advertised. Thank you Andrew!
