Great view and decent apartment.

Good location, close to most everything and trams/Balti Jaam in walking distance. Apartment itself is nice and cozy, got all necessary amenities. Marius is also very accomodating and easy to deal with.

I stayed in this accommodation for a long time (5 months) for my studies. This accommodation was really incredible during my stay in Estonia. The city centre is very accessible, with plenty of bus and tram services. The accommodation is well equipped, well lit and very comfortable. Aivars' place was fantastic! The apartment was modern, vibrant, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large windows offered a great view, which made watching the New Year's fireworks even more magical. Communication with Aivars was excellent, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
