The cottage is fully fenced and has a full kitchen, lounge and dining area, hydronic heating for winter months and a split system for cooling in summer.
There are two bedrooms, one queen and one double, a large corner spa bath and shower in the bathroom with a separate toilet.
Has a Type 2, 7.4kW EV charger exclusively for guest use for no extra cost.

Please note that if walking into town, the hill down and back up again is very steep.
