The stay was nice .... checkin and checkout was smooth and flexible.. responsive host 🥰

i just returned after 3 nights stay at the place. it matched my requirements & host was very responsive. me & my family really enjoyed our stay.

Pros- 1. Well they know exactly what clients want hehe!😅 Chic interior decor makes u feel at home. So d name casa is utterly justified & d place stands upto its mark. 2. Cute lil balcony wid bat net & wash basin along wid a mirror is there. At night u can enjoy sum bat show sitting there😁. 3. Kitchen is well equipped. 4. They gave smol candles wid holders which truly enhances mood in d evening n also in case u guys r up fr sum candle light dinner. 5. Yellow light in both in living & bedroom is truly soothing. 6. It's an one bhk so in case your partner snores u can settle yourself in that sofa cum bed in d hallroom.😁 7. Subtle humorous touches r there which does radiate positivity. Cons/ suggestions- 1. Bathing area could've been bit more aesthetic. 2. Same yellow lights in d balcony wudve been cherry on d top. Overall, its my go to destination wid frnds or all by myself whenever i seek sum nice environment change on d weekend. Books r there in case u r a bookworm too.☺️

Beautiful villa, very well furnished. I stayed with my parents for 2 days The caretaker Poonam cooks lovely, homely meals. We were vegetarian and wanted to eat local Maharashtrian meals okay, which she prepared very well. The prices are very reasonable as well As for the stay, it’ll give you a feeling that you are living an affluent life, and have come to your own weekend home. The vibe of the place is very positive. The mini library collection is one of the best I have seen The WiFi works exceptionally well, and so does the OnePlus Smart TV. There is a woofer equipped speaker as well you can connect to The kitchen has an auto hops based stove and pretty much every utensil you will need for your stay If you are an espresso lover, get your own coffee because there’s a machine as well

Amazing experience. Property is located in very safe and clean sorroundings. In was not much difficult to locate the building as owner had supplied clear address. Lock box type key arrangement was new for us. But owner had sent videos to make it very easy for us. There is only one flat on each floor. So, there is plenty of ventilation from all sides. Flat has 3 big bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a big hall with big balcony. There were plenty of untensils in kitchen. So, one can cook as if he is in his own house. Also kitchen is equipped with branded water purifier, fridge, gas stove, bread toaster, mixer - grinder, microwave oven. We were surprised to see sugar and tea powder, kept ready for making tea. Really we felt like staying in our own house. We had called our family friend to spend time together. They also liked the property too much. We liked cleanliness of the property.
