I loved staying here, Juan was so helpful and kind, which was just what I needed at the time. the space was big and exactly like the photos, it felt like home while I was there and enjoyed having a proper space to relax in and to work from. I used the pool a couple of times too which was nice. Juan gave me lots of tips for the area and even gave me a little tour. I would definitely stay there again, wonderful views across the Mekong too. Thank you.

We highly recommend George’s place in Fishermans Village. Fantastic restaurants, great view, very walkable, and the emerald was a great little bar to have a bite to eat and listen to music at. We will be back and staying in the same place. Thank you, George for being an awesome host as well as your entire staff. For those of you who may be concerned with the music at night, we had zero issues with it and slept like babies on the most comfortable bed. Nothing better than waking up to that beautiful view drinking a hot cup of coffee and wondering why we don’t live here!!! Our favorite beaches were silver beach number one and choeng mon beach number 2. There are multiple taxi stations to grab a cab that are very close. We also did pig Island, which was awesome. And we stayed in Koh phan ngan a couple days, which was a great experience. Just a quick shout out to our host George who was awesome and made our trip memorable. Thank you, George!!!

Very nice apt! Good sea view. Super clean - the maid does a really great job. Has all the basics. The host is really helpful in giving local tips and helping organize activities. Lots of restaurants nearby. One small note is that the second bedroom does not have an attached bedroom - you have to walk to the living room to access that second bathroom - but that’s not a big deal. I recommend this place and would stay here again!

Great place to stay with all the amenities you need. Great with pool access. The host fixed a taxi and moped for us so everything was in place when we arrived. Nice check-in. High quality of the apartment and good wifi. What's different from the listing is the location. The area of Mantra where the apartment is located is 1 km above the address, which is to the place you check in. You need a moped to get around Laem mae Phim so for our part it didn't matter that it wasn't at the beach. Can really recommend the place!!

From the first minute we felt at home with Kim and in the little paradise. The bungalow is as described and is located directly on the sea only the great massage hut is still in front of it. It's very simple, but incredibly loving and beautifully decorated. You are in the middle of nature and through the sea breeze and the shade of the palm trees you can only get away with the fan. Even if the weather did not play along and the wind has washed a lot of water up the beach, we would have liked to stay longer!!! This place, Kim and her great family stay in our hearts and definitely on our wishlist👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Peaceful, secluded and beautiful place. Amazing garden, cozy home, nice pool. The way to the House is quite steep so worth to have a car/scooter, but walkable if You are fit. We were there with 4-5 years old kids, they enjoyed the hammock and the pool the most. Thank You for the amazing stay!

Very good and helpful service. Clean and fresh. Incredibly comfortable beds. Plus for coffee maker (presso) and extra bath towels. The only negative was that there were only two sunbeds and that stream to the TV or Apple TV did not work. There are some restaurants on the beach that are quite expensive so we recommend renting a scooter to get to the main street where there are many restaurants with very good prices and good food. Then you can also relatively easily get to White Sand which is about 15 minutes south (however, you need to pass a mountain with fairly steep slopes).

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. Thank you!

The space was simply adorable🤩!! Very great flair, just to feel good. Great restaurants can be reached directly by a short walk across the beach!! We will be back !!

This is the accommodation I chose as my first destination in Pattaya, and the view and the proximity to the sea It was good. It's a spacious space, so for 4 families to stay It was a comfortable accommodation. The sunset from the balcony It was a great view, and you can see it in the distance. The night view was also a good memory. It was quiet, but there were many tourist attractions around, so I was busy walking around. I threw it away after 3 nights and 4 days. I wanted to stay longer, but I'm sorry Leave it behind and go to the second destination, Bangkok. I'm leaving. Visit again with my friends It's an accommodation I want to do.

Well this was my 2nd time booking this apartment, yes it’s in an older building and the elevator is painfully slow but the stay it’s self is top tier I feel right at home in this apartment I love the view and just chilling in that area of pattaya doesn’t get much better. The hosts are quite good perfect spot imo I most definitely will be back.

We loved our stay with Ploy and Paul. First of all, the apartment is very well located near Hua Hin beach, and close to many shops, local markets, restaurants and massage parlors. Everything is very well done on foot or tuk tuk. The apartment is spacious, well-lit, comfortable and above all very well equipped (enough sheets and towels, lots of dishes and kitchen accessories, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.), which allows us to cook sometimes at home. There is also a large pool on site. We appreciated that there were essentials upon arrival (e.g. soap, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc.). Paul is very friendly, courteous and attentive: he was there to welcome us on arrival and departure. He responded very quickly to our questions and regularly made sure our stay went smoothly. We would definitely recommend this place and are already planning to go back!

The place and communication was very good. The apartment looked like the pictures and was very clean. Very noteworthy is the pool on the 31st floor, with special views over Pattaya.

Natali was very polite, professional with her very fast responses. I have stayed at this complex multiple times; there's always plenty of parking and it's just across the street from a sandy beach. There's also a huge swimming pool, a fitness center, yoga area, tennis court and street basketball. The key was placed into a lockbox for a self check-in.

Excellent apartment, very spacious, comfortable furniture and bed. Balcony was small, but plenty of room for two chairs and the table. Fabulous view from the balcony and the bedroom, waking up to the beautiful sunrise. Lots of storage space in the bedroom. Kitchen was equipped sufficiently for us. Big fridge freezer was very useful. Bathroom was a good size, with decent shower cubicle. Beautiful pool, staff on security very friendly. Plenty of launderettes and great variety of restaurants nearby. Large Tesco/Lotus in Market Village shopping mall about 7mins walk.

The place absolutely matches the photos and descriptions. The care was always very friendly and fast. The location is very good right on the sea with shopping and many restaurants. The rooftop pool was very little visited with us and offers a nice refreshment.

This was my second time staying at her place Everything was perfect!! I especially love the HOT WATER PRESSURE leading to an amazing shower 😃 and the amazing view of the beach when I first open my eyes in the morning. Ellen is am AMAZING host . Can't wait to come back 🤞🏿
