Amazing from the moment we got inside we were stunned and breathless. One of the most unique experiences in koh Phangan for sure :)

We really enjoyed the house. Good layout of the house and nice yard. We ate most of our meals at the table on the patio. The pool was a nice size, surrounded by beautiful bougainvillea. Pek was also very kind to help us recover our bag when we inadvertently left it at the bus stop across the street from the village. Wish we could have stayed longer. This place would be best with access to your own transportation.

Clearly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve lived in. The location is very peaceful. The house looked exactly like it was in the pictures. Our host was super nice and helpful, communicated well, provided anything we needed. We felt right at home. I recommend this place for a group of friends or a family too. A great deal!

Our stay at the villa was great - we had wonderful responsive hosts, beautiful location and things to explore nearby. I will say that this location would work better for people who do not like to go out that much, or for those who do not mind driving everywhere. It is quiet, peaceful and secluded.

Very nice Villa with great privacy. The pool is quite big, you can even swim if you want. The outdoor lounge is a great place to relax and take some food. The air conditioner is really quite and dose not point directly on the bed. One of the best parts of the Villa is the breakfast from Didier. Every day you get something new delivered at the time you want directly on to your table of your Villa. The breakfast looks astounding and is really delicious. Definitely try it out :)

Lovely, helpful staff on site, clean, safe, private, and far enough away from the busy of downtown but close enough to scooter in - just 5 minutes away. Rose was a pleasure to deal with and all the staff were so kind and helpful. The private pool was so nice after a hot day. Looks exactly like photos, nice air conditioning, and washing machine. Would for sure stay here again. Highly recommend this place! 10/10 ⭐️

We had an incredible stay at Villa Tosti and would absolutely return. Gabrio was helpful at check in and with recommendations. The property was gorgeous with stunning views and in great condition. AC kept bedrooms cool which had comfortable mattresses and bedding. Everything was as pictured. The more busy parts of the island were 20 min or so by taxi and we had no issue getting taxis to come to the Villa, which is close to the main road. The beach is also walkable. Jaeb and her son made us feel so cared for during our stay. They helped around the house keeping things in order, helped arrange transport and massages. Best of all Jaeb made us wonderful homecooked breakfast and lunch for some meals during our stay. She's a wonderful cook and we loved her curries! Even with on site staff, the Villa felt private and the help was unobtrusive for those who want the secluded feel. We really appreciated the hospitality. We had a truly rejuvenating stay.

Very beautiful villa, private pool is the main highlight, my kids swam in the pool everyday. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer is a great convenience for us. Outside the villa there are many good restaurants, a few spas and a 24 hour minimart.

It is easily the best Airbnb I have stayed in. There was great attention to detail and guest comfort. The host was very responsive. Overall a five star stay.

First of all the host, it is absolutely fine! Good people! And kind!This must be a compliment! Would also help like redeeming baht!The ratio is also good! Come and feel, breakfast is not for Chinese, the bread is hard, the free ones are canceled by me! Electricity is 7 baht per unit, 5 days as if we used around 500 rmb.. the most critical came, the house is staying every day, no cleaning is included! That is, there is a charge for living shouters! This is unacceptable! Generally, there are a lot of items charged,

Kanok is the most awesome of hosts. Willing to help set up car rental, taxi pickups and extra cleanings throughout our stay. She went above and beyond at all levels. The home itself is very kitschy and cute and has all the amenities we needed. Unfortunately it is a bit out from city of AoNang but the rental car helped a lot and parking is pretty easy in AoNang and free for the most part.

We decided to skip the hotels this time and we are all very happy we did. This property is just beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. We ended up using the kitchen more than we expected. It was a perfect place for our friends and us to hang out and relax. Ah was so helpful- ordered ice for us, we had massage ladies come for foot massages at the house. Anna is fast on replying back to any questions you might have. The rooms are just like the pictures. The garden/pool area is just so peaceful with the kittens running around. It is a little oasis. We really enjoyed our stay and most likely will be back again. We were able to get Grab car service from the villa to the beach. Makro is close by. We were picked up by shuttle for island day trip. The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

Sunisa and Jean were very responsive and accommodating hosts. The house worked well for us during our visit to Koh Samui. The hosts helped us with shuttles to and from the airport (Grab will not pick up or drop off at the airport) and also helped us rent scooters (which are necessary to navigate the island). Overall we had a positive experience at their Airbnb!

highly recommend staying here if you come to Kep ! close to the national park and crab market and the property is so beautiful !! we really enjoyed staying here and would of loved to stay longer :)

Great place for tranquil holiday. We stayed there in the last bungalow and was really quiet. Salt water pool is big enough not just for a dip but for an actual swim. Bungalow had a nice porch and silky satin like sheets. Good was delicious. Highly recommended.

This is such a gorgeous place to stay. Location is ideal - far enough away from all the touristy stuff, and with its own private little beach. Monkeys swing from the trees above you, the rooms are spacious with good beds and the swimming pool is heaven. Loved it.
