We had a wonderful long weekend at Maria's place. The house is exactly as depicted in the photos and it is fully equipped with everything you may need for a short or long stay (especially the kitchen which is ideal for cooking). The house was super clean and just 2 minutes walking from the beach. Maria was an excellent host. She was very communicative and she responded immediately when we faced a small problem. Overall, a very nice experience, we would book again.

This was a great stay, better than the pictures. It’s very close to the main area of town and there’s an ocean view from the patio, pool, and hammocks. It’s a 2 second walk to the beach, where you can catch sunrises and sunsets. AC in the bedrooms cut the heat at night and fans keep the air circulating during the heat of the day. Everything you need for a chill surf town vacation is within a ten minute walk.

This place was beautiful. The peaceful environment and the AMAZING view were definitely worth it. Everything was as described and more. We really enjoyed out time here and would definitely love to be back. the kids had a great time at the pool, the lake and around the house. a beautiful place to rest, enjoy and to reset. We recommend this place.

Our stay was very pleasant, house very clean, and host very flexible. Gloria the housekeeper was awesome, hooked us up with a local seafood selller and then prepared what we bought. Left her a very well-deserved tip. Will be back ☀️

Beautiful home with stunning views. Enma and her crew were courteous and awesome. 4x4 recommended to go up and down the hill. All though our stay was short my family and I really enjoyed the space.

This place exceeded our expectations, it was even more beautiful than the photos! The living space is spacious and breathtaking, with a stunning yard that offers an unobstructed view of the volcano. The kitchen was fantastic, and we loved spending our evenings cooking dinner and grilling on the barbecue. Every night, we used the temazcal (like a sauna), which made our stay even more special. Lesley and the groundskeeper were incredibly responsive, kind, and made us feel right at home. Lesley also shared local recommendations and kept us informed about daily events in San Marcos. An unforgettable stay, we wish we could have stayed longer!

I really enjoyed the place, super quiet and comfortable! It had AC and didn't feel the heat. I recommend the accommodation, they allowed me to let my dogs in and we were all able to enjoy.

This house is absolutely stunning. we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Irma was fantastic. It was relaxing and walkable. We would have loved to stay longer.

Christopher is a great host, always available and actively communicating. Our family had very nice time in the amazing private house with the lakeview and friendly staff who were very helpful. The house was clean and fully equipped with kitchen utensils as well as materials for firepit (prepared when we asked). The pool was big and clean, and was warm to our demand. We also had free Wifi, a large livingroom TV, and good speakers. Also all the bathrooms had bidet.

We felt very good and had a great time in the very beautiful, well tidy place, the Hosts and the managers are very attentive and helped us with everything I recommend this place.

The house was beautiful as described. The picisa is large, the dining room they had outside pada pada can have breakfast, lunch overlooking the sea. With this house they really thought of everything. Don Jorge was always answering any questions we had. For an additional cost I was a young person recommended by Don Jorge who sellamaba Samuel. That boy surprised me how attentive he was super helpful and respectful really a very good one. This house is 100% recommended.
