I believe it’s super important to support the local community when visiting places & was so happy to do so by booking this spot with Clemente! The place is just as described & pictured. It is in an ideal location as you can catch a Tuk tuk or walk about 15 mins to San Juan La Laguna & use the stairs that go down to the beach & walk to San Pedro La Laguna in less than 10 minutes! The view is magnificent & the best view I saw while in San Pedro. The place was clean & felt really authentic & homey! The vibrant colors & beautiful Guatemalan art gave the place a great touch that is missed by more modern Airbnbs. San Pedro La Laguna is known for its live, party atmosphere so keep that in mind when booking any Airbnb there. During our stay, we closed the windows & the bedroom door & had no issues with noise, but during the hotter months when you might not want to close the windows, keep in mind that you’ll hear local bar music which can be an issue for a light sleeper. 10/10 recommend!

Very nice and accessible everything

It was exactly what we needed. I booked something late and as host Benjamin was perfect, very fast and super attentive. The condominium is very safe and the Airbnb had everything we needed. I would stay with Benjamin again anytime knowing we are with one of the best hosts out there.

Everything was perfect

This was a once in a lifetime experience. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, but it was the breathtaking views that are unmatched. This was a last minute reservation for us and we are so glad we changed our plans to squeeze this stay in to the last part of our trip.

very nice in terms of the very comfortable and comfortable accommodation. It has everything you need to be able to be well in the apartment, the pool and the jacuzzi and the gym are perfect and you have to take some time to make everything more enjoyable with the heating and air conditioning of the recreational area, a good place to spend something different. The views of the city and the surprising volcano are very recommended
