Monthly Rentals in Guanajuato

We stayed 40 days in Guillermo's apartment and from the arrival towards the end felt very much at home. It is in short walking distance to the center of Valenciana with its little shops and the big church. At the same time it is in a quiet neighborhood next to la Mina de Valenciana. One of our favorite things to do was taking the path through the natural reserve down to Guanajuato. It takes about 30 minutes if you don't stop every 100m to take a picture of the scenary. The place is decorated with good taste, is very bright and open. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. There were not many days when we did not take a photo of the sunset. Mocho, Guillermo's dog, is one of the friendliest dogs we've met. He came to give us company and was always around to accompany us from and to the gate. Memo went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He is also a great chef and has many stories to tell. We already miss the place and hope to be back soon.

the house is very clean, well equipped with everything, very spacious, & the shower is warm. The view is spectacular, no doubt, & with plenty of sunlight & gentle breeze. Maria is very nice & always responses immediately & clearly. Accesibility to the place was described in detailed.

Ana’s apartment is the nicest place I’ve stayed in Guanajuato. It’s cozy with many thoughtful touches and a great view. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Hot water works well. Ana was a wonderful and welcoming host. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Guanajuato. Thank you!

What a beautiful place! We absolutely loved it. The space very spacious. The bedroom is gorgeous and the bed is super comfy. Communication with Nico was excellent. He responded quickly and always was helpful and friendly. We were a bit worried how to get there because the apartment is on a little road where no cars can go. But it was easy. The taxi dropped us off at the top of the road and we could just wheel our suitcases down the road for 50m to get to the place. Highly recommend!!!
