Holiday rentals with lake access in Groene Hart

If you are on Retro, a highly recommended location. Wonderful to relax and unwind. Will we repeat in the summer and then it's on the water 😎

We had a very relaxing stay at Anneke's place. The house is beautiful and in the Hot Tube you can relax wonderfully. Anneke is super easy to reach and always responds very quickly! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Very nice house in absolutely idyllic surroundings. You get used to the boat handling quickly. The house is well furnished, we and our two teenagers felt very comfortable. Supermarkets and restaurants surrounding restaurants. You can get to Utrecht and Amsterdam quickly. Highly recommend!

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

we stayed at Joop's house as a family. The house was great for us. Unfortunately, we were there in the fall and could not take advantage of the great terrace, the view and the water. I'm sure that's great in the summer.

We had a very nice stay at Stephanie's place! Stephanie responded very quickly to our request, so we were able to book the beautiful apartment spontaneously on the same day. It was very clean and cozy, with a great location on the water! The city is within 5 minutes walking distance, which is why a car is not absolutely necessary. Despite being close to the city, it was super quiet at Stephanie's place and you could relax perfectly. The communication with Stephanie worked great at all times and we always received a quick response!

The most delightful stay we’ve ever experienced, the home is warm inviting and tastefully and thoughtfully setup. Such a great spot to unwind and enjoy Boxtel and surrounding towns. Marc and Ingrid are some of the most genuinely beautiful and caring people we ever had the pleasure of meeting. So very grateful for the experience, left feeling like we’d just been home; rejuvenated and ready to keep on travelling!

We had a wonderful time in the boathouse. Modern and very nicely decorated. The underfloor heating kept us perfectly warm. We felt very comfortable right away and would definitely come back. Only the walls are a little thin and therefore it is clairaudient. But that didn't affect us. Thanks to Dennis for the smooth process :)

Very nice flat with super nice view over the water.

Not at all what you expect when you think about staying in a basement. The basement was quite large! You enter a hallway where the laundry, shower and washing machine are also immediately. Then go through the door to the kitchen (with all the amenities you may need) and if you walk through the large living room and bedroom, which are partly separated by an intermediate wall. The place was spacious and cozy in terms of layout. Nice sofa and large table where we could sit. The only downside was that there was not much light in the space, which makes sense given that it is the basement of Maurits' house. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay and rented bicycles from Maurits, with which we cycled to the forest and the lakes. Maurits and his wife Gertie were very welcoming and friendly and communication went very smoothly! Very good experience, so definitely recommended. p.s. there was also a conservatory that we were allowed to use (cold, but still nice!)

One of the most beautiful places I’ve been to. Fantastic nature, close to the major cities Utrecht and Amsterdam, cca 30 minutes by car to either one. The apartment is on the roof of the building, surrounded by succulents and flowers. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The nature park part of the lake is a must see. The staff is very helpful and friendly, we will be back for sure!

Really nice airbnb in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Can get everywhere very easily via bike. Property is equipped with everything you would need! Fantastic stay.

The place is a dream, very open and yet the personal spaces feel very private. If you go with kids as a couple, this place is great for privacy. Many towels at our disposal which was great. I went with my friends and daughter. I didn’t use transportation. We had a private parking spot which was awesome. Thank you for everything. You can feel at home here. Very recommended!

Very beautiful place peaceful relaxing

A great stay in complete silence. Four days in the foggy cold of January with ripe on the trees and reed, a winter fairy tale viewed from a warm room where the fire creaked. We enjoyed and would love to come back!

A very nice apartment. There were four of us living in it. However, there is no door for the second bedroom and in winter it can get a little cold upstairs. The complex is great and you have a nice direct access to the water. We enjoyed the time!

Had a very nice stay. Good communication with Richard to enter the cottage (he was still on vacation himself). Very clean cottage with all the comforts. Beautiful large garden with views and lots of tranquility. In the summer it seems wonderful to come back here. A double bed is on the landing and this space cannot be locked. With slightly older children, that is easy to do, but given the bed is on an open staircase, I do not recommend this for very young children. Or you have to sleep under a very sloping wall as parents. Underfloor heating was very pleasant. We had a great time in the area! Thank you Richard!

Nice nice and warm little house in a quiet environment and a nice little town close to Amsterdam. We did not meet Nicolas in person but, by message, he was concerned about his hosts and responsive in case of questions.

A beautiful place on the water, from the cottage you look out over the water and there is also a nice seat on the water. The food at the Duck is highly recommended!

The most peaceful and romantic gateaway to spend with your loved one. Waking up to a view of the lake, going out for walks in the nature, watching sunsets from the patio, plus having their cat come over to us for some petting was all worth choosing this place 🫶🏼

Beautiful surroundings. House was clean and tidy. Host was responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend.
