Ruth was the perfect host, you can tell she loves what she does! The cottage is a very special little bolt hole - just what we needed! Had everything we needed for the night, it was lovely and warm on a winters day, walkable to very decent food and breakfast was first class! Would definitely plan a return visit 😊

I spent almost a month at Vicky's house, and I can truly say I felt at home. The house has everything one could need; it is incredibly well-equipped. The bed is comfortable and warm, perfect for winter nights, and I slept very well. If you're not planning to drive (as was my case), having bus stops just a few minutes away is a big plus. I loved the garden—even though I couldn't fully enjoy it because of the cold weather, it was wonderful to watch the birds and squirrels while having coffee in the dining room. Another highlight is the cleanliness: I found the house spotless, and the weekly cleaning service was excellent. Victoria is an outstanding host, always kind and attentive to every detail. I will definitely return when I come back to Northampton. Thank you so much!

Lovely peaceful location with great instructions on how to get there from the hosts. The place feels secluded and has a nice country living feel to make you feel relaxed, but is still very close to amenities and Northampton itself so you're not far away at all.
