Alex was super responsive and helpful from a few questions I asked before booking to making sure we checked in alright. Great Host! The cottage is just a gem, comfortable, charming with a modern twist. Amazing views overlooking the water in the distance towards Swallowtail Lighthouse, get to see the ferry and fishing boats as they come and go. Hot tub is lovely, and so nice under the stars even on a January night. Perfectly located for privacy yet close enough to run to the store or go site seeing. We absolutely loved celebrating our anniversary at Alex's place. Hope to be back again

Fredonna’s place was delightfully cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a wonderful-filled stay. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the accommodations, lots of room for us to have our own space to chill out, way better than the cottages we've stayed at before on Grand Manan. Location was great, peaceful and private, great spot to walk the dog and watch fog and tides roll in and out.
