Casa da Regiane is a refuge in the heart of Gramado. very close to the indoor street, black lake, Santa's village, you can go! quiet, comfortable, cozy, surrounded by a lot of green and packed to the sound of nature! We have been in this apartment again, and we will certainly be back. The condominium is beautiful, with children's playground, lake, a lot of green area. The appartement has everything a family needs to enjoy the holidays. Many kitchen appliances, comfortable beds and extremely clean and organized space. We are a large family of 5 and we are very well accommodated. Safe environment, good garage, easy access. The option to hire breakfast (aside) is very interesting as well.

The condominium is wonderful. Very quiet, excellent for hikes. The apartment is very cozy, very good heating, and more the fireplace. Well illuminated , has everything you need for a good stay. Since it is ground floor even looks like a house, it has direct access to the front garden of the building. Second time we have stayed in this apartment and we will definitely be back.

Luís Eduardo was very helpful, the entrance and exit at the ap was remote and easy to access, he was always instructing us! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, it was clean and tidy! The air conditioner is in the room so if it is only for a couple it is perfect, but if it is with more people you have to leave the door of the room open to refrigerate, thus taking away your privacy! A tip I give if you go with a child, get prepared to get out by car only, because the center is only 6 minutes away, but the route is full of hill and very steep! The house is wonderful, better than on the photos. The place is without explanation of so beautiful, it has a lot of activity for the children, who interacted a lot with the animals, played in the pool, in the piggy and explored the entire property. A lot of tranquility, as the place is safe, so we can put the kids at ease, no worries. Rodrigo is Rosane are wonderful people, we arrived from the trip and had food and cold water for us, all made with great affection by Rosane. Anyway, the stay was perfect, we love these days in this beautiful place. In April, at Easter we will return to enjoy more days like this
