I've been to Gramado other times and without a doubt, this was the best location! Exactly on the street of Mini Mundo and the corner of Av das Hortências. Numerous restaurants nearby with varied menus, bakery, market... the house is very nice, we were startled on arrival because of the smell of wood, the house is old but we quickly adapted. Very comfortable beds and pillows, wonderful shower (wait a little bit for hot water that is gas heated). Hot water also in the bathroom and kitchen sinks. Nice backyard. We had trouble accessing TV, but that's okay... there's plenty to do in town. My tip is: arrive with mineral water, the house has no filter or purifier. Very nice condominium, quiet neighborhood. There is noise from the exhaust fan of a restaurant that is in the back of the condominium and not the house, if you close the window it is quiet. I definitely recommend the property!! I hope to return.

Viviane Space corresponded exactly as the description. I got it because I had a 5-month-old daughter and I had a crib that was great. Clean and cozy environment. Her parents received us with her and live on the same plot of the house. Elderly very polite and kind. For those who have all grade and quiet dogs. Casa para família. I just didn't know that there was only air-conditioning in the couple's bedroom and living room. In the other 2 bedrooms it did not have and as we went at the carnival it was 38° it was impossible to sleep in the bedroom. But in winter it must be fantastic.

Priscilla is kind and attentive, always answering questions promptly. We were extremely satisfied with the house. Smelly Sheets and Towels. Excellent bathing. It met the expectations of 5 couples, two of them with small babies. All the appliances we need were available. The house has heating in all rooms, however, due to the mild temperature in the city, we do not use it. Quiet condominium to walk with the family.

Ana Maria's space is exactly as shown in the photos. Location with good quality furniture, kitchen with all the appliances you need, impeccable bathroom, good quality bedding, perfect hygiene and even left towels and cloths to dry more dishes if we needed to. Comfortable beds, good TV and air-conditioning working well, the fan is great. Easy to park and very safe, we were at ease. From booking to hosting, Ana Maria was receptive, kind and helpful. She gave accurate information about important points and waited for us with gingerbread and cold mineral water, a treat. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back.

We spent the Easter holiday, we were in 3 families (6 adults, 5 children and 1 baby). Everyone was very well accommodated. The house is very spacious, welcoming, it has a huge garden perfect for kids to play. The location is great, it is very close to the Negro Lake, about 300m and the center too, we were walking. The air conditioning of the house is great, we are not cold. We love the convenience of having a washer and dryer, for those who travel with children is always good. Samuel received us very well, introduced us to the house and provided all the necessary information. The townships pampered us waiting for... chocolates, coffee and wine. A holiday to stay in the memories of the children. We hope to return!

Our family had a wonderful stay! We thank Juliana for the hospitality and all your attention! We arrived in unstable weather and needing to leave, Juliana brought us umbrella and umbrellas to the exit. Excellent location, with shops, pharmacies, restaurants, hospital, security and neighborhood very good. The shower and air-conditioning, very good = ) We use App for travel when returning from Gramado, and returning the driver (Marcelo) already knew which house we were in, by the address....hehehe... very close-knit neighborhood. We'll be back for sure!

Perfect house for those seeking tranquility and peace, but with comfort. Beds are great, super-equipped kitchen, quality furniture, but the main one was the location. The house is on a huge plot with beautiful garden in the front and native forest behind, with the right walk to a creek. It is about 10min from the center of Gramado by car, it is not for those who seek the agitation of the activities of the city center. I spoke twice with Alexandre, who responded quickly and was super gentle in the explanations. I thank you for the great endi we had there🙏🌻.
