Great place in a great location, walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and cafes, and right next to the local park - great trail for walking, running or cycling

Loved the view and the cute apartment, perfect for the 5 nights we stayed. Comfy bed, useful washer/dryer and we cooked breakfast every day.

Juan and Shaz are such amazing and friendly people. When we first arrived at the AirBnb, they were very considerate to leave the aircon on for us as it was steaming hot that day. My partner and I both felt very grateful at that time. We both loved the fact that they provided us with the basics for breakfast and I already miss the strawberry jam they gave us! It was sooo good. The stay itself was very clean and well organised. The kitchen had the utensils you needed, the bedroom has a manual shutter which I loved as it blocked out all lights from the outside. But our favourite was the bathroom. Really enjoyed the dual shower heads and just felt great to take a shower after Melbourne’s unpredictable weather. Thanks a lot to Juan and Shaz for being such great hosts!

It was so much more spacious than we’d anticipated! Very neat, comfortable & clean and check-in was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the milk and tea provided in the room, along with the local food options. Although the pool was being renovated at the time, they had arranged for guest access at the pool across the road which was very thoughtful given the heat and we took advantage of this straight away. Would definitely stay again!

Loved it. Made for a perfect location to commute to our Christmas destination.

Fantastic, well-equipped airbnb that has pretty much everything travellers need. The place has a relaxing vibe and is very comfortable and clean. It is perfect for both work and leisure activities. Being a light sleeper, it does take a while to get used to the sound of cars going past (there's not much traffic late night but does start quite early in the morning). That being said, this place is still one of top airbnbs I've been to.

Excellent place to stay. The interior was very luxurious, and spotlessly clean! Close to trams and trains, and overall rare find.

This is such a sweet B&B! The location is perfect, only a block off of the super cool Brunswick’s ‘Sydney Ave’. The #19 tram goes straight into downtown - so easy. The apt was perfect, cozy, clean & quiet. I loved it!

This is our second time staying here, beautiful place, immaculate & close to amenities- would highly recommend it!

Mel’s place was a delightful find. Larger than expected with a good layout for a short stay, it was in the perfect location for access to amenities and I had a stress free stay. The house was extremely clean and well provisioned. Mel reached out early, check in was smooth and she left clear and accurate instructions for house use. Will book again.

Lovely stay close to essentials. Loved how tidy and cosy the home was and lots of extras in the kitchen which I appreciated to help our family feel settled for a big sporting event.

The apartment is really nice! Quiet, with a lovely small garden. It’s thoughtfully outfitted and the apartment complex is nice, secure and modern. The location is great- right beside Merri Creek for beautiful walks, on a tram line, near many cafes and eateries. Would highly recommend. And Rose was very helpful and responsive. Terrific place to stay.

The apartment was the perfect spot for our week spent in Melbourne visiting family and friends. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is a convenient residential area walking distance to cafes and shops. We were also close to two tram lines and a cycling path. Pretty much great access to everything. The apartment was quiet and modern. We would recommend this apartment for stays in Melbourne.

This is the 2nd year running that we've stayed here and we like the location (proximity to the city, the airport and the freeways), the views from the apartment & the City are very panoramic & show Melbourne in its best light, and the apartment itself. It's light, safe, spacious, good parking, has every amenity as described, it's high up so you get the panoramic views and the apartment has many amenities. I've used the gym and the rooftop and it's good to have the double length parking slot in case you have guests. We really like it.

Deniz as a host was helpful and responded quickly. When asked, Replaced the hot water kettle and floor standing fan along with some kitchen accessories almost immediately via her property manager !! Appreciated acceptance of a late checkout without additional charges as a friendly gesture. A stay at Deniz’s apartment would be highly recommended!! We truly enjoyed our stay for the 6 nights we were there. Thank you once again for everything Deniz !!

Sam was super. Great clear communications and timely responses. Brunswick East is a beautiful part of Melbourne. Lovely for walking and for great food and general vibe. Sam’s home was lovely. Stunning views across the skyline and we got a lovely display of hot air balloons on Sunday morning. Sam kindly booked us in for a time slot with the rooftop spa however our night was rather cloudy and we enjoyed watching the Grand Prix instead. Highly recommend Sam’s home for a fabulous Melbourne stay. Thanks Sam

Stayed for Melbourne Supanova, and we couldn't have chosen a better spot. Tram right out the front, Coles/Coffee/pizza over the road, and beautiful accommodation. Thank you so much for everything!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The unit offered everything we could ask for, great location for us and very spacious. The instructions to get in were really helpful. It was great having secure parking. Yes the trams are noisy but nothing that ear plugs can’t fix if your a light sleeper. Highly recommend staying here.
