Monthly Rentals in Gorovići

The apartment is exactly as pictured: clean and tidy and comfortable. Nice, quick communication with the host. The apartment is very clean and quiet, located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Ideal location between Kotor and Budva not far from Jaz beaches (by car). It's very well located. Easy parking space in front of the building. Self check-in.

I arrove in Budva and was able to find Petar’s very easily. He helped me bring my bags upstairs, and it was immaculately clean. There was plenty of towels and other amenities - everything needed more a month stay or even longer. The supermarket was very close by, and I went almost daily. The people and location are friendly and clean and safe, and I very much enjoyed walking up and down the beachfront and going swimming. Petar agreed to clean weekly, which was a very huge plus. The street was a little noisy, but I have no other complaints.

Mico is a great host. He picked me up at the bus station saving me the taxi fee. He took me to the tourist office to register for my stay. He was extremely helpful getting me settled. He also pointed out restaurants and bakeries on the way to the apartment. You couldn't ask for a better host. A very kind and generous man. 5+ star rating.

Very responsive host, we requested a bigger knife to cut vegetables with and he he said go pick one out that you like and I’ll cover the cost. Very reasonable with check in and out times. Had 2 beer in the fridge waiting for us. All around great spot, with a beautiful mountain view.
