I am from Kennett, and just needed a nostalgic refresher of my roots, and boy did this hidden treasure pay off. I had a weeklong stay of peace and quiet, and a lovely revisiting of that rejuvenating flatland: a trip across an ocean of memory. Carolyn, and her trusty canine cohorts, Enoch and Chuck, provided me with a list of eateries, that were utterly delightful. She also answered within minutes, to any question I had. Thanks for the memories.

We enjoyed our stay, it was very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed visiting with family and gathering together in Rector for a family reunion. It was nice to see that some new grow in the area.
