Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Goa

It was an amazing experience staying at this place. Very clean and thoughtfully done. The service too was good. The only challenge of riviera sublime is local taxi unions are bullish against taxis you would hire from any other part of Goa. We faced this issue. Self drive rented cars are no problem though.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. We are hoping to visit again soon this year. Cheers!!

We will definitely go back and that’s a testament to the way this stay was for us. Absolutely matches the description as shown in the pics. Extremely well organised and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled with aging parents, toddlers, and it was convenient for everyone. They do daily cleaning and make the beds which was just like a hotel stay. And beaches like Betalbatim and Sernabatim are only 10 mins drive. Convenience store is 2 mins away. Highly recommended. Only improvement suggested was if the bedsheets and covers could be cotton. But this is not a deterrent not to try this great stay!

We had an amazing 4-day stay! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was fantastic. The host was incredibly supportive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Truly a memorable experience – highly recommended!

Very hospitable and kind host. Met us 7a.m. In the morning, with no problem. Provides water, laundry and cleaning, helped with transfer and bike rent. The place itself is very comfy, aircond in every bedroom, tv with YouTube, all the necessary kitchen stuff for cooking. Ideal for lounging balcony. Best beach from Morjim to Arambol. A lot of restaurants around including sea view.

We booked Raghav’s place for 3 days but later extended it to 5 days , raghav was an amazing host! He was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. From quick replies to thoughtful touches, he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. Highly recommend staying at his Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay at Amrapali’s Airbnb. The caretaker, Dipu, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The villa was wonderful and perfectly met our needs. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. It was better than staying at a hotel!

A beautiful respite in the jungle, such a beautiful and unique home and garden (the pics don’t do it justice). The hosts and on site housekeeper went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, with great recommendations and even popping by to say hello. Wonderful stay! A little warning for those wanting to work remote - and this is no fault of the property, it’s the whole area - but there were a few electricity cut outs and WiFi was good but not amazing for calls. Again, out of the hosts control, they made every effort to invest in WiFi and a back up electricity inverter.

We had an amazing stay here for a week. It was comfortable for our workation. Wi-Fi was good and the location was close to all Good cafés and beaches . We had a great time here.

Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Basappa was a fantastic super host, always available and helpful. His caretaker went out of his way to get us medicine when we needed it, and the cleaning staff was efficient and accommodating. We requested a new bucket, and they promptly provided one without hesitation. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and we even rented a car through Basappa, which made our trip even more convenient. The property is in a gated society, making it feel very safe and secure. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a great and memorable experience at Hansa's aunty's house...she's so kind and a good heart person...nihar bhaiya was so responsive and gv us right guidance about the locality and surrounding places...he also helped us for the bike rental and car rental...even Saf Safai wali aunty was so polite.... About the location and house- it was a very peaceful place....if u feel stressed definitely you will forget all the problems tensions....Nearby Beach (Zalor beach) is so beautiful nd worth of spending time there...you can find all the beautiful beaches near of this residence over all this place is worth of spending money...

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Very beautiful place. Located right in the centre.. easy access to most of the tourist spots.. room was clean and spacious.. The host was incredibly nice and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Nice place to stay with big rooms in Panjim city

We had a lovely stay at Titus place .. it was very clean and comfortable.. always responsive and very helpful.. very secure gated place with security and always felt safe . Cleaned and bedding changed on request every other day .. well equipped kitchen and large fridge freezer and washer .. Will come back to stay again

Sid’s apartment was delightful to stay at. It captured the true charm of Goa! The neighborhood was ideal, we really enjoyed our experience.

Been there in Dr Ransley's flat for 2 days. the stay was good and comfortable. host is very good nature guy and always helpful. would like to recommend this place if you want a good stay in Colva near the beach. the flat is sufficient for 4 people as it have one extra bedding+ sofa cum bed along with one bedroom having queen size bed.

A lovely apartment that is easy to walk to the beach and all the restaurants. I loved the view over the coconut trees and it was peaceful and Dr Shiyad is a great host.

I've stayed at countless Airbnbs, but Seabatical, has truly become my go-to retreat. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt an immediate sense of calm. The space is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy charm. What I loved: - Impeccable Cleanliness: Every surface was spotless, and the linens were fresh and inviting. - The location is incredibly quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The balcony was a particular highlight. - Chaitali is always incredibly communicative and helpful, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions I had. - While secluded enough for peace and quiet, it was also conveniently located near the market area. - Well equipped kitchen: The kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals. I am going to visit this Place always in upcoming trips whenever in Goa. 😇
