Great place to hang out with your family or friends! Safe within a gated community with a great neighbor who has great recommendations for food. Stairs can be a bit tricky for older people but all in all a great stay!

Make sure you reach when there is daylight. We reached after it became dark and had initial apprehensions. However, Paras assured us to wait until morning to see what this place had to offer. We held on for the night and woke up to a perfect description of what was told to us. Our pet Rio travelled with us and loved the place with lots of space to run around and two lovely friends - Enji and Ringo to play with. The highlight of the whole trip was the last evening we spent there. Paras took us for a hike to see the sunset over the Anjuna beach and followed it up with a lovely candle light dinner. Felt like catching up with long lost friends. Finally - Manish. Amazing caretaker of the place. Went out of the way to help us go on bike to buy necessities. And he cooked up a simple and delicious dinner which left us asking for more. Contrast to day one when we had initial doubts, on the day we had to leave, none of us were in a mood to. We promised ourselves that we'd be back.

We were 7 guests stayed in Sanjana’s property. The check in was smooth, the property felt very spacious when we first stepped in. Coffee tea machine was a big fascinating point. The property was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place if you plan to visit south goa. It is very nearby to colva beach, and we want to give a shoutout to the caretaker Suresh Ji, who was very helpful and kind in our entire period of stay. We also forgot some of our clothes in the property and went to north goa and still he was generous enough to say that you can come anytime in the night also to collect them and actually we reached there at around 1:30 am and was very responsive and handed over our clothes with a smile. So we want to thank Sanjana and Ravi and also suresh ji for giving this wonderful experience to all of us.

We had an amazing 4-day stay! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was fantastic. The host was incredibly supportive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Truly a memorable experience – highly recommended!

Caroline's place was perfect for our family visit - we stayed there for 4 nights. This was our first time renting an AirBnB in India and it was a great experience thanks to Caroline's great communication and friendly suggestions. The place was quite big as described and the kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The location was central to be able to cover north/south Goa, a quick trip to Panaji city area and walkable to Donna Paula Getty. We would love to come back and stay at this AirBnB with family in future.

Felix could not have been more helpful or approachable. Everyone was really friendly.

We booked Raghav’s place for 3 days but later extended it to 5 days , raghav was an amazing host! He was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. From quick replies to thoughtful touches, he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. Highly recommend staying at his Airbnb!

It was an amazing trip for us in Goa and this flat contribute a lot in it. Rukmini Madam is very caring about all the things through out the stay. all caretakers are up to date. The really care for their guests. Building is new. Flat has all modern facilities and amenities. You will feel very positive in the flat.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Basappa was a fantastic super host, always available and helpful. His caretaker went out of his way to get us medicine when we needed it, and the cleaning staff was efficient and accommodating. We requested a new bucket, and they promptly provided one without hesitation. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and we even rented a car through Basappa, which made our trip even more convenient. The property is in a gated society, making it feel very safe and secure. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay at Meena’s place, baga beach is nearly 3 to 4 kms and you can easily find public transport from main road which is around 700 to 800m of walk. The place was peaceful with amazing pool and the furniture was top notch. Little small for 4 people but perfect if you are 2 or 3.

It was a great and memorable experience at Hansa's aunty's house...she's so kind and a good heart person...nihar bhaiya was so responsive and gv us right guidance about the locality and surrounding places...he also helped us for the bike rental and car rental...even Saf Safai wali aunty was so polite.... About the location and house- it was a very peaceful place....if u feel stressed definitely you will forget all the problems tensions....Nearby Beach (Zalor beach) is so beautiful nd worth of spending time there...you can find all the beautiful beaches near of this residence over all this place is worth of spending money...

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Best stay ever! The host was amazing, and this was truly the best place I’ve stayed at. Check-in was seamless, making everything super convenient. A special mention to the caretaker, Salim Ji, who was always just a call away and came to help within 2 minutes when needed. Incredible hospitality and a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pranav's place! The location is perfect, nestled in a beautiful area and conveniently close to all the key tourist attractions. The property itself is stunning, offering both comfort and charm. Special thanks to the caretakers, Tanaji and his wife, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Their hospitality was unmatched—they took great care of us throughout our stay, making it even more memorable. Pranav, the host, is incredibly friendly and responsive. He promptly answered all our queries and made the booking process seamless. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

I am speechless about this apartment stay. Simple felt like home. lavish property with easy access to all necessary requirement and tourist spots. great coordination by Pramod and aunty. I hope we kept the home clean while leaving. definitely gonna visit this property again when in panjim.

The apartment is great! Exactly as show and described in the post. Quiet, clean, fast wifi, has everything you need for a stay. Titu was also really responsive to any questions/concerns.

My stay in Canacona was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the city and easily accessible to Palolem Beach, Rajbag Beach, and other attractions. Host Poonam was incredibly kind and accommodating, waiting patiently for our late arrival from Dabolim to ensure a smooth check-in. She was always available for assistance, making the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for its convenience and excellent hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay here! It was my first visit to Goa, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ransley Sir was incredibly helpful and suggested some great places to explore nearby. I also found a convenient scooter rental service, DC Bike Rentals, just around the corner. The apartment itself was cozy, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. The swimming pool was a fantastic addition, making the stay even more enjoyable. Despite having an early morning flight, I had no trouble with transportation, as a taxi service was available just 100 meters away, making my airport transfer seamless. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

A lovely apartment that is easy to walk to the beach and all the restaurants. I loved the view over the coconut trees and it was peaceful and Dr Shiyad is a great host.
