Monthly Rentals in Gmina Grabica

Renovation of the appartment was not quite finished. The flip side was that most fittings/equipment/furniture were brand new. Quiet, comfortable and spacious. The host was friendly and responsive. My daughter (and wife) liked hens living on the site. Hens looked quite happy also, possibly because they did not know that we were eating their eggs. Easy access both to the city center and to the ring road (35 mins by car to Lodz).

Excellent apartment, fully equipped for long-term stays with a good set of kitchen utensils, consumables, and a washing machine. Comfortable workspace. It is a 10-minute walk to Piotrkowska street. Karol was an excellent host. He was helpful and responsive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

For a few days, yes, no longer. Unfortunately, the bathroom drain didn't work very efficiently, and there was often an unpleasant smell. Plus location and contact with the host.

Highly recommend - very nice contact with the host, helpful lady working at the front desk. A place according to the story, in a great location in the very center of Łódź. :)
