The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Enjoy spectacular mountain and lake views and the stunning Queenstown scenery from our architecturally designed semi detached home. Located in Aspen Grove (5 mins drive from town) our home has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom and ensuite occupy a private space with breathtaking views. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen, dining and living areas are designed to maximise the views with french doors opening to the private courtyard.

Our house has off-street parking, a backyard deck, a gas fire, a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ, a pool table, and toys and games for the kids. Close to everything but tranquil enough to relax - just a 7-minute drive to the Airport and Frankton shops; a 6-minute drive to Queenstown; and 30 minutes to the Coronet or Remarkables ski fields and bike trails.

Our house is in a great location only a short walk to the town centre and the popular Arrow River. The location and position also attracts the sun all year round. The house has excellent indoor/outdoor living and is well equipped for your stay. There is also a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. It is very handy to the 4 Square Shop and at the end of the street there is a playground. For those wanting to exercise as there are a number of walking and biking tracks close by.

750 m walk from lake and 10-15mins walk to town, very quiet, private, native garden, outdoor dining area. 2 toilets and really comfy place. Well equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating for winter throughout and good clothes drying for skiing. Linen is included. min 2 nights. There is fibre wifi and chromecast TV.
