Monthly Rentals in Giudecca

We enjoyed staying at this apartment in Venice! My husband and I found it to be the perfect getaway. The island of Guidecca is beautiful and peaceful. It was quiet and had great restaurants and views within walking distance. The boat stops were close and easy to use. Nicole is a star! She made us feel cared for and seen. She met us at the boat stop to lead us to the apartment and showed us where everything was. As a first time visitor in Venice, we really appreciated her hospitality. Plus, her restaurant recommendations were amazing! Staying here made our trip to Venice! Thank you Nicole!

Five star sweep! You read this all the time on reviews but the pictures don’t do it justice on this place either. You can see water from every room! Awesome island with great restaurants (go to steak/pizza place- we ate there twice) pharmacy, super market, gym, public pool, meat market, fish market, fruit/vegetable market (blood oranges awesome), bakery (Mejor), and more. Easy access from the public ferry service (get full day passes). Neighborhood is quiet and safe and away from the bustle of the city center/boats but close enough. Highly recommend. Would stay here again. Host and housekeeper very friendly. Coffee, milk, sugar, tea, and a few other goodies provided. Very nice to have if you get in late after shops are closed. Washing machine and soap and shampoo and conditioner provided too. Fully functional kitchen. Thanks for a great couple of nights!

Had a lovely time staying with Mario and Monica, the location was great for us - a central (but not too hectic) area of Venice. I was very grateful for Monica's flexibility around check-in and for clear instructions around using the flat. It was great to have the kitchen too, as cooking the occasional supper at home kept the costs down a little bit, and all the essentials were provided. All in all a great stay so I have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb to other guests.
