Great place to stay for the summer months. Great host. Very accommodating and flexible. Close to downtown Gainesville, without the city. Calm, easy access, pleasant community.

Graham and Stephanie were friendly, and quick to respond to messages. The house is in a good location... close enough to restaurants and shopping, but set away in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very nice, and tastefully updated. I will definitely keep this place in mind when/if I travel to Gainesville in the future!

This was perfect for us and very much worth what we paid. Three sisters, our 91 year old mother, and one granddaughter who stayed in her camper van (with her 5 dogs, yes, 5) but joined us for meals and activities. We played games around the table and cooked all our meals, minus a couple we enjoyed with relatives who live within an hour of Pendergrass. Our mom slept in the downstairs bedroom, we sisters upstairs. The stairs are not to code (too steep, last step down is not the same as the others, railing is too low) but safe enough for anyone able bodied. We were careful and the granny was absolutely not allowed upstairs! :-) The shower was nice enough that it was tempting to linger.... we only ran out of hot water once. Easy to avoid that problem, there was plenty of hot water. Kitchen is small but fully functional, including a good dishwasher. Plenty of supplies, too! Some places provide no cleaning stuff & a single roll of TP - this one was fully stocked for a 4 night stay.
