Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gillespie County

The house was exactly how it was described and more! Plenty of room for our group of six. Backyard was huge for the dogs to run around. Also great location from the main strip. Would definitely stay again!

We visited for the first time in Fredericksburg and this Airbnb was perfect! We felt right at home and it had everything we needed. Our dog loved being in the backyard and we were able to take advantage of the fire pit during our stay as well. Kristi provided us with great recommendations making the planning for meals and exploration easy.

Great place. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long weekend of hiking at Big Bend. It was a great stop on our way home. The bed was super comfortable and the house was conveniently located to Main Street where we had a nice dinner and a night of live music. Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t look at any other listings, and just book this one. It was a great three bedroom for a girls trip. Very walkable. Amazing brunch place and coffee shop, at the corner and across the street. We also walked to Main Street very easily. Mast has a walking shower, and guest bath was a tub with hand held faucet. Lots of seating and room. The home is so cozy. It had everything we needed. Jenny was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

My wife and I had a wonderful romantic anniversary weekend at this cozy studio-style space in Fredericksburg. From the charming fireplace to the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub, every detail reflected a relaxing and elegant ambiance. The outdoor hot tub with a TV was a fantastic bonus—perfect for unwinding on chilly nights with a glass of wine. Despite the other nearby spaces, we felt a great sense of privacy and barely heard anyone, even during a fully booked Valentine’s weekend. The location was unbeatable—just a block from Main Street—so we were able to park the car and walk to all our reservations and favorite sights. Porch Light provided all the details and instructions to make check-in and check-out seamless. We also appreciated the bottled water and the thoughtful list of recommended places to visit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This place was everything we wanted for a romantic getaway, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

A great couples getaway retreat. It was super clean, close to shops and restaurants and had a great outdoor space with a hot tub. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back again.

We were so happy to find such a perfect place to stay. The parking is a bit difficult. But the good thing is that once you find a spot you never have to leave because everything is within walking distance. We were so happy with all the amenities. We enjoyed just hanging out and people watching from such a great view!! We will definitely stay here again!

My fiancé and I had the best experience at Casa Starlight! Lisa was very responsive and so helpful. Her and her husband even made us dinner one night and they were just the sweetest couple! We felt so comfortable there. The “Colorado Suite” was perfect for the 2 of us. Cozy vibes, clean, and quiet. The bed is also one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! We were so sad to leave, but we will be back again! 10/10 would recommend staying here.
