This home was absolutely breathtaking! The scenery outside was so beautiful and it was such a peaceful neighborhood. Inside was also very well designed, with a rustic western look. It felt so comfortable and everything was very easily accessible, including the amenities inside and short distance driving outside to Main St. The only “issue” was that the TV settings/TV itself was very dim and didn’t allow us to watch and play games very well, but that could’ve been on our end! 100% recommend this beautiful home.

was attending a Jeep academy nearby and this was a perfect location. The place was very peaceful and serene. was really neat interacting with the animals, particularly horses and livestock. The accommodations are great and had everything needed. the bed was extra comfortable and the environment was cool so we were doing a cabin with AC. that's nice. Thanks so much for great communication and a great stay!

Adorable house in a great location! Very comfortable queen bed soft not firm. I slept great with the black out curtains and enjoyed the natural light during the day. Hot tub patio was great, usb charger lamps by the queen bed. Very clean, no odd odors. Overall a great rental

Home was very welcoming, nice, warm, roomy. We were there 5 nights and would stay there again. Enjoyed the screened in room and the hot tub. Comfy beds. Suggestions for some fixes: The front glass door squeaks loudly and won’t stay shut. Master bath shower doesn’t drain well. First guest bdrm lamp has a broken base. Guest bathroom toilet seat slides to the side.

What a charming stay! It was a great location within walking distance of Main St. We appreciated the super comfy bed and the jacuzzi tub at the end of a long day of walking around town! We would definitely stay at Eric’s place again!

Wonderful experience! The home itself was a masterpiece—immaculately clean, with stunning furniture that blended rustic charm with modern elegance. The fabrics throughout the space, felt luxurious yet homey. Every detail was curated with care, from the faux animal rug to the crisp, high-thread-count sheets that made slipping into bed a dream. The hot tub was clean and a perfect addition to the home. Very relaxing! The host was exceptional—warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. Before we even arrived, they sent a message. Throughout our stay, their communication was perfect—available when needed but never intrusive. We can’t wait to return!

Ran into a bit of trouble at check-in but nothing that Christian and Jan the property manager couldn’t fix right away. They made sure us, our 5 month old son, and dogs were accommodated as soon as possible. The house we stayed at was gorgeous and you can tell they thought of everything we could possibly need. The location is great only 15 min or less from the main attractions of town. It was fun seeing deers and cattle run around. We spent one of the evenings at home and ran a fire in their fireplace and it was the most coziest I felt all weekend. Thanks for the stay we enjoyed it and hope to come back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location is perfect...one block off the main street but nice and quiet. The house itself is amazing. We loved the original thick stone walls and the entire place was beautifully decorated. We loved the riddle and had a great time solving it, such a great idea! The host, Jourdan, was very responsive and seemed to anticipate all of our needs. There was one small issue during our stay but Jourdan addressed it proactively and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely stay here again. 😁

We came to Fredericksburg to celebrate my wife’s birthday. She didn’t know that I got this house and she was pleasantly surprised. The house was wide open and very spacious. Everything we needed was easy to locate. Tom and Randee are amazing hosts and we look forward to staying there in the future!

Looked exactly like the photos. Loved the large tub, fireplace, and shower. Comfortable bed. It was clean and clutter free. Does not have a kitchen, but it was not needed for this trip. Privacy may be an issue as it is in very close proximity to other air bnb properties. Renting all the adjoining properties for a larger group trip would be ideal. Host was very responsive and instructions were clear and easy. Great stay!

It is always hard to find a place for a family trip where there are enough rooms, beds, AND bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. This house was perfect for all ages. We played in the front yard. We swam in the pool, hot tubed . We grilled. We will be back.

We celebrated birthdays with our two families and it was the perfect house for our big family. It is such a beautiful place and enjoyed the entire grounds from the fire pit to the extra party room and the cozy couch playing card games. Truly a fabulous house!! We will definitely be back!

We were so happy to find such a perfect place to stay. The parking is a bit difficult. But the good thing is that once you find a spot you never have to leave because everything is within walking distance. We were so happy with all the amenities. We enjoyed just hanging out and people watching from such a great view!! We will definitely stay here again!
