Beautiful home in a great location. Close to Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. H-E-B was nearby and helpful when traveling with children. House was easy to locate and get into with ease. Slight issue with linens but host was quick to resolve, apologetic, and responsive. Overall a great experience. My kids and I loved the peacefulness and space. We were able to come back and unwind playing games and spending good, quality family time after our Main Street outings. Would highly recommend to friends. And will return to same location or try another Cozi rental in the future!

Amazing and secluded place if you’re looking for some zen time with family, friends, or a special trip with a loved one! This resort had everything! We came as a family and my kids want to come back with their cousins and grandparents! The cabins are so cozy, clean, modern and have everything you need from an amenities standpoint! Adam was a great host! Very responsive and provided clear instructions! Thank you so much for a memorable relaxing experience!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The house was super cute and clean. There was enough space for the 5 of us and we felt right at home. The host was proactive in her communication and have great suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

To start you are given very clear and easily understand arrival instructions! Unit #’s and room #’s are clearly posted and easily spotted. The entire unit was spotless nothing out of place gave a very at home feel and NO WEIRD SMELLS. This is a big thing for me with Airbnbs to not have any out of the normal or personalized smells in there units. The neighborhood/ location of this unit is amazing less than 5 min from main Avenue where all the action is! It’s nestled in a pastor so surrounded by no neighboring buildings or residences giving it a very rural vibe without being way out of town! Lastly I truly feel for the price you pay you get the most! The hot tube was an awesome touch to be enjoyed every night of our trip! Great job to the hosts and owners of this property they nailed the location, cleanliness and overall atmosphere of this property! Will be staying again!!

We loved staying at Joe’s! The place was modern, clean and quiet. We loved enjoying the hot tub, letting our pups explore the yard, and taking them for walks around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend one of Joe’s places if you find yourself in Fredericksburg or the Hill Country area. Can’t wait to stay again!

My husband & I loved our stay at the farmhaus. The house itself was clean & had a cute vibe. Our favorite part was the mini horse & goats that walk around the property. I would definitely stay again when we come back to Fredericksburg.
