Holiday rentals with lake access in Gilbert

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The comfort and accommodations exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail taken care of—from plush bedding to a fully stocked kitchen. It felt like a home away from home, with extra touches like a welcome basket and fast Wi-Fi. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free stay. I’ll definitely be booking again!

This was our first family trip in 20 years, and the house made the experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The location was ideal, with so much to do close by. We also rented a vehicle from them directly, and the added delivery cost to and from the airport was well worth it. We made wonderful memories here, and we’re so grateful this place was part of such a meaningful trip. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay that feels like home with a touch of something extra.

Great home! Kitchen and living room areas are spacious. Love the new kitchen appliances! Quiet location and very easy to get to. Close to tons of restaurants. Would stay here again!

This was perfect for our family. We were attending our nephew’s wedding with our adult children and this was so much more enjoyable than reserving a couple of hotel rooms. Check in was at 3:00 and the wedding started at 4, so Julie and the cleaning crew worked with us so we could get in at 2:00. Sitting around the fire pit was a perfect ending to a wonderful day.

Beautiful house! Paddle boat was so fun on the little lake out back. Hot tub only worked one of the three nights we were there. Disappointing because the heated tub and pool is main reason why we chose this house. Also needing to pick the 3-hours to heat the hot tub and 8-hours to heat the pool was not something we understood before choosing to rent. Regardless, we had a nice time and the hosts were very nice.

Wonderful location with a spectacular host! Lots of activities to keep both adults and teenagers occupied for hours. The host went above and beyond to address any items that came up during our stay. We would send a message and responses with solutions were immediate. One of the best hosts I have encountered in 20 years of renting properties in Phoenix! Would certainly stay at the property again.

Robert was very friendly and listened to my concerns, trying to help as much as he could. I am very impressed by his kindness. My guests also enjoyed staying at Tracy’s property, and I would like to recommend it.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

We had an enjoyable stay and hope to be back next year. The accommodations were just as we expected. We were able to get out and about and do everything and more while in the greater Phoenix area. We enjoyed having breakfast on the outside deck every morning before leaving on our daily adventure. The pool helped us cool off after hiking. It was a great stay. Thank you Lili!

This was our first time in Phoenix and the trip did not disappoint! Tiko’s place was so convenient to all the excursions we had planned, and also in a very walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed taking a walk to Starbucks in the mornings for a cup of coffee, though it probably was an unnecessary expense considering the unit was fully stocked with coffee AND TEA! We ran into Tiko on the weekend and he was so friendly and offered suggestions for local restaurants and activities. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, totally stocked with everything you could possibly need! 10/10 will stay here again when we return to the area.

Adrian's condo was the perfect location for our visit to Scottsdale; within minutes of our son that lives near Old Town/Fashion Square and the other activities we did while in town. We were only there for 3 days but the condo had everything that would be needed for a longer stay from a fully equipped kitchen to in-unit laundry facilities. We slept very well in the king size bed in the master bedroom and the shower was a good one; both things that are important to us. While the area felt safe, we appreciated the gated parking lot and other security features of the complex. Adrian was extremely responsive to the couple of questions we had.

Loved the location for where I needed to be. It was clean and tidy. It’s perfect for 1-2 people.
