We really enjoyed our stay at Tiko’s place! We loved using the gym, as well as walking to grab coffee in the morning and dinner in the evenings. It was perfect for our Phoenix adventures!

Our stay at Dana’s Airbnb was truly lovely, it felt luxurious, peaceful and fun. The space was exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The atmosphere of the home made it easy to relax, and the attention to detail was so appreciated—from the quality kitchenware to the luxurious shampoo and shower gel provided. The kids enjoyed the pool and games. The hot tub was great! I loved that makeup towel that was a nice touch, and extra rags and towels were also there much appreciated with kids. Dana was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. My kids had such a great time—they didn’t want to leave and are already asking when we can come back! Overall, it was a TOP-TIER experience. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Definitely booking here again when we visit again! Highly recommend!

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in downtown. The space was spotless, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a cozy home away from home. As someone who needed to work, I really appreciated the desk, chair, and monitor, which made it easy to stay productive. The building itself was secure and had great amenities. Something to note: there is some street noise, which is typical for downtown, but it wasn’t excessive. I travel with earplugs and didn’t always need them here. It wasn’t disruptive for me, but it could be something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend, everything about the place was great. I didn't even need to communicate with the host so I can't rate that, but I'd say that's a good sign because the place had everything you needed. Absolutely adorable, cozy, and intimate little place. Kitchen had everything you need to cook good meals, and the Keurig and K-cups was an awesome courtesy. Located behind Walmart was super convenient too. Cheaper than any hotel, and in safer locations than most. The couch, bed, and pillows were all incredibly comfortable. Very convenient location, next to everything you can imagine within a 5-mile radius. At $100/night, absolutely zero reason to go with a hotel. The place isn't as small as it looks in the photos, it is bigger in person. Bigger and better than a hotel suite, regardless. And a functioning stove with cookware. Trying to cook a romantic dinner? This is the place. Eat on the private patio with a bottle of wine and you're golden. Would come again for sure. 5/5 stars.

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

Very awesome place to stay, we felt right at home and will most likely choose this location again for future trips.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. We visit Scottsdale quite frequently and this location is the best. One of the nicest properties we have stayed in. The owner was extremely responsive and understanding when we had some questions and concerns during the stay. She was very understanding and took care of our situation immediately. We really appreciated the professional hospitality!

This place was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get around. We went to the Phoenix Open and also to Sun City and it was so easy to jump on the 101 and get where we were going. Also close to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Bob’s place in Tempe while visiting for some spring training baseball! Bob was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He even went the extra mile with a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic backyard that our two chihuahuas absolutely loved. It was spacious and securely fenced, giving them plenty of room to explore. Another big plus was the 240v charging station in the garage, which was super convenient for our plug-in hybrid. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described. It was extremely well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The beds and linens were very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Having a washer and dryer was great. We had fun playing the many games and there were easy instructions to work the tvs and internet. When we had questions Brian was very responsive even though he was out of the country. We would stay here again in the future!

This place was everything and more then we expected. The home was very nice and comfortable. Rooms were very private. There was up tech mirrors, kitchen appliances and tv. The lighting was my favorite, very nice lamps that made the vibe in the home just perfect. Even with all the foot traffic outside, the noise not too much of a problem. The location of the home was okay, not the best. I was a little afraid of getting in & out of the ride each day. Just know that there is a shelter Service bldg. just 3 blocks from the home that attracts alot of homeless traffic on the streets. Other then that, I would book this place again. It was well worth what I paid and recommend you stay with Romell.

Great location. Walkable grocery store and food options. Less than a mile from Old Town Scottsdale. Short drive to lots of attractions.

We had a great stay for our group of 9. The house was spacious and had plenty of amenities for us! The floaties and outdoor furniture were a nice touch to the backyard! The master bedroom is HUGE with a lovely bathroom (did not have door though, which was interesting). The bunk room was better than the pictures and had it's own bathroom in the room. The pool really sold us on this property. We had everything we needed for a PHX weekend. Would definitely recommend this house. Erika was very responsive to us!

Wonderful 2nd floor condo close to Old Town Scottsdale . Lots of parking for visitors as well as one marked space for the unit( a little tricky to find as the numbers aren’t sequential). Plenty of comfortable seating for 4 and both beds were great. The memory foam topper in the master was the best I’ve ever slept on. Would definitely stay here again.

Dana was fabulous! She’s a great communicator and her response was immediate always! Her place was the best stocked Airbnb we have ever been to! She didn’t miss a detail including snacks and wine! Clearly a lovely person who truly cares about her clients! Wonderful host! 5 star all the way!

A wonderful place to stay and Jia-Li was responsive to all of our questions. The roof top was an added bonus, although, I do understand from trouble with past guests who apparently had not adhered to block rules, it was a bit awkward having a security camera on the roof terrace which appeared to be pointed at you. We didn’t use the pool as it became shaded relatively quickly, (hence us choosing this apartment with its roof terrace), that said, others did use the pool and it looked good fun. The gym was good with equipment for all needs. Overall, Enjoyable, large, light and airy apartment, very comfortable bed, quiet location, a very short wander to the quarter with fantastic shops, great restaurants, good coffee and great hosts👍👍

Our stay at here was amazing. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go, the place was perfect for us and it’s even nicer than the photos. The workout area was great and easy to find, it was right across the street from Tempe town lake and there’s a Press coffee shop right in the building so we would grab a drink and go for a walk. It was quiet and the people were friendly. I could go on and on. We would definitely stay here again!!

Mary was quick to respond to my questions. She even allowed one of my daughter's to park her vehicle there overnight prior to flying to Salem, Oregon.

We had a great stay with Darcy! The rental unit is so clean and bright, we enjoyed staying at the condo complex. Darcy was very responsive and so helpful to make our stay easy and flexible. The unit had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

Excellent stay. Conveniently placed. Quiet area. Grocery store across the street. A great place for a quiet chill get away.

Great location. We were there for a wedding at the Biltmore and it was just on the other side of the golf course. Gorgeous area. Lots to do within walking distance as well.
