Monthly Rentals in Ghiare-Molino

Very nice accommodation in an authentic village with a dominant view of the surroundings and the sea. Very well located for visiting Cinque Terre and in Levanto which is a very pleasant small seaside town. Excellent stay of 8 nights in October, parking possible as indicated in the listing (however when the small parking is full you have to pick up further). Very nice welcome from Caterina and Mario!

We were hosted very well. The accommodation is very clean, the terrace very nice (the clementines of the garden are delicious)! From the apartment you can take beautiful hikes. I recommend it without hesitating!

Claudia’s place is in a small village on the hills above Levanto. It feels like home. She put care & thought into it. It’s a 45min walk from Levanto but there is a bus that runs a few times p/d. Cinque Terre is a 15min train ride from Levanto. Levanto is a lovely beach town. Claudia is a real gem. She picked me up from the station, took me to an atm & grocery store before dropping me off at her place. She also took me to the station at the end of my stay. My only issue was that the man in a neighbouring apartment was inappropriate & harassed me. Claudia handled the situation wonderfully. She was supportive, believed me & addressed it directly with him. She undertook to further address it. My stay would’ve been perfect had it not been for him. My advice before booking (esp. if you’re a female &/solo traveller) is to ask Claudia if the issue has been addressed & the measures put in place to prevent this. Claudia and her place deserves 5 stars. The issue was out of her control.

Very clean apartment, as described. Proximity to supermarket. Bicycle availability making easy access to the train station, center and beach. Elisa is responsive, thoughtful and discreet. Her apartment is well equipped (including for cooking), it is an ideal base for visiting the Cinque Terre. Recommended
