Really kind and helpful host. Clean and fragrant apartment. Very quiet and well served area. Definitely recommended!!!

Overall great stay, responsive guest and very discreet. For us the location was a little uncomfortable, having stayed in winter with a small child it was necessary to always move in the car and the access to the private parking is quite challenging, fortunately there was only one other car in the courtyard and we were able to manoeuvre well.

Sergio is a high class host, available,attentive, very nice and of great kindness. I highly recommend for anyone wishing to spend a few days in this beautiful city of FANO as well as it is very beautiful region to visit

We enjoyed the place. Communication with Rosa was fine. The apartment is spacious, we appreciated the possibility of using the garden. It's not far from here and the beach. And the dog Ugo, it was a bonus, the nicest dog we've ever met on the road.
