Holiday rentals with a balcony in Georgia

The place was absolutly beautiful! Clean and exactly like the photos shown. Host was also very accommodating and fast responsive to check in times and offered a late checkout for a small fee. The front desk also did a great job checking you in and going over details. Definitely plan to book again the next time I come to atlanta!

Layla’s unit was absolutely pristine, and decorated super fun and funky! We had beautiful weather, and loved the addition of the courtyard and balcony with seating. The only thing I would say about the unit is that a full length mirror would be nice! But in all, everything was truly great. Layla also allowed us to check in a little early after we arrived before our check in time, which was great! The unit is on a super safe, peaceful, beautiful residential lane. There’s free parking on the parallel streets. The only call out with the location is that some things may be a little far to walk to. Lastly, we did have an interesting incident on our last day in the unit where a roof contractor was inspecting the roof using binoculars in the courtyard. We were not told that this person was going to be onsite, so we were caught off guard as it looked as though he could have been looking in the windows, as well.

Loved our stay! Great location next to all the areas we wanted to visit. We r booked due to the office space as I worked there daily and I can say this was a huge benefit! Parking on site was a plus! I rented a Sentra and it feels roomy enough for an SUV so not tight for someone from California. Across the street there are food options within walking distance! For our interests we wanted to see: Civil rights areas, art museums, gardens, street murals, stripe club fried chicken and enjoy local food. Everything’s within 20 mins!

This property is truly exceptional and located in a safe and convenient neighborhood close to several parks and Little Five Points, its location is ideal. The home is beautifully decorated with an impressive collection of art and beautiful plants. The standout features included a luxurious heated, automatic flush toilet with a bidet and the comfortable, high quality mattress that had a zero gravity sleeping option in the master bedroom, both of which added an awesome touch to my stay. The kitchen was also very well appointed and was perfect for preparing a cozy dinner at home. I would absolutely stay at this home again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable retreat.

I reserved for my brother and his family, mostly for the children 😂 They all loved it!! They had a morning bonfire, walked the property. They adored the Llamas and Alpacas! They were able to feed them and per them and they loved the bamboo forest. Now I want to experience it!! Thanks for the stay!! Will come again!?

I needed fast check in and Michael accommodated this perfectly. The space was perfect for our multi generational needs. The layout allowed my husband to work downstairs, my mother to recover from surgery on the main level and my children and my husband and I to sleep upstairs. My mom and children were thrilled to find board games for our use. The location is amazing. I would definitely stay here again if I ever need an Atlanta home base!
