Monthly Rentals in Geneva

My wife and I stayed for three weeks in this apartment and really enjoyed. The location is very good, just in front of the Eaux-Vives train station (which is underground) and stop for tram 12 and 17, and walking distance to Park La Grange, the lake, and many restaurants and movie theater. The apartment is surprisingly quiet for its location (across the station, facing a busy street). The apartment faces south and receives direct sunlight in the morning. There is no other building in front so there is plenty of open space (and thus privacy and no confined feeling). The kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking, while the main room is reasonably sized. Fabrizio was fast in replying and very attentive with our requests. I recommend this location for singles or couples, and would stay here again!

We had a great time in this ideally located apartment in the very pretty old town of Geneva. Jonathan was very responsive when we asked him for information about the accommodation!

The place was just as described - beautiful, clean and with lots of sunlight. Everything you need for your stay is there and Enrica was very helpful throughout my stay. Really enjoyed my time in Geneva in this apartment.

Very well-equipped studio with everything you need for short or longer stays. The location is very convenient as it is close to a tram stop (3 mins walk) where you can go directly to Geneva downtown in about 25 mins. Annemasse downtown is about 15mins walk and there is a small supermarket very close to the apartment, while some larger ones one stop away with the tram. Pascale was an excellent host, very helpful and communicative with everything I needed. All that in a very good price for the standards of this area.
