Monthly Rentals in General Santos City

We loved the privacy of the place. It was also complete with all the necessary appliances. The dip pool was perfect for the kids. We know gensan can get scorching hot in summer and the pool was a perfect addition to the amenities. The caretaker who lives next door was also always ready to help. The kids cannot wait to go back and are actually asking for more days to stay there. The sleeping arrangement was also perfect for us because we have 3 children who are used to sleeping with us. For the price, we got more than what we paid for!

The homestay was a truly wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly warm and very approachable. The place and location was perfect, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommendable place to stay in Gensan. 10/10

Lovely stay. We booked last minute and the host and caretakers were very accomodating despite it. The detailed description of how to get to the place was very helpful and the check in & check out process was simple. There was comfortable space for parking and the location is near the center of the city. The size of the place itself was comfortable, with amenities available to suit everyday needs. One thing to add which could make things even better would be to add toiletries too. Over-all, it was a great place and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place is nice, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a guarded subdivision, giving you a sense of security, and it’s conveniently near town, right along the highway. Public transportation is just a few steps away, but if you’re feeling lazy (like me), booking a Grab is always an option. The hosts are very accommodating, the price is super affordable, and the internet is fast and reliable—perfect for work. Small suggestion (not a big deal): It would be nice to have a full-body mirror. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
