Holiday rentals with beach access in Gazipaşa

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

Our family spent 3 weeks in the apartment! We definitely liked the apartment itself (renovation is fresh, good furniture, many wardrobes, big bathroom, etc). We also liked complex Konak Terrace and territory: really big Swimmingpool, good playground, a lot of space for kids to run and play 👌 I did kurs of massage in Spa and it was perfect!!! Family beach is 9 min by foot and this is the best beach in the surroundings: cozy and the have good menu! Sun-beds -for free. Also it is possible to go to the beach exactly in front of Konak Terrace (3 min) and not to take sunbeds but just swim! In the Complex were living nice and friendly people, my daughter had several friends (girls 4-5 years). The Fisch restaurant in front of -is one of the best!! We also liked Pizza place that is in the same building!

Very good communication with the host. Leiliheit was as expected in relation to the listing and very good. Some porch furniture could be upgraded. Equipment for dishes could be upgraded. Total impressions really good. The grocery store in the complex has fantasy-hot prizes; steer away!

The house was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and tidy. It is in a beautiful and quiet location with a sea view. Ali Rıza is a very helpful host and responded quickly to our questions. I recommend it.

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

Unfortunately, due to a problem caused by us, we did not stay in Ciha. That said, we enjoyed the communication and information. In addition, if we have a chance again in the future, we will consider staying at Ciha 😀

I felt very comfortable in this beautiful apartment. It is fantastically located and the view from the balcony is unique. The apartment was the same as in the photos and the kitchen was very well appointed. The communication was very friendly, questions were answered quickly and everything was described in detail in advance, so the arrival went very well. I liked the furnishings of the apartment. We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. This place looks better than it does in the photos! Ahmet was very communicative and helpful. Even though we didn't arrive at the flat until 1am Ahmet was waiting to hear from us if everything was ok. The flat has a shared pool for a total of 8 flats, but there were no other guests during our stay so we actually had a private pool! I would highly recommend this place. When I visit Alanya again I will definitely choose this flat again.

The apartments were good. The owner left a lot of useful things, so we felt at home. The best thing is the beach, which is very close to the apartment. I really like Tosmur beach because there are no big rocks on it. There were many restaurants and shops around, and there was also a bus and taxi stop a couple of minutes walk from the house. Mister Muad's father met us after the night flight early in the morning and they always were available at the airbnb. Thanks a lot!

The place is nice. Location is on a "party" side, expect to hear the music at night. Close to the beach and groceries, had few nice bakeries around. Electricity and water bills are charged separately (which is common for Turkey) so read the description of property.
