The house was perfectly situated for our trip and easy to find. We explored the trails at Crowders Mountain, which was only 15 to 20 mins away. Nice sized house with 4 comfortable bedrooms. Excellent communication from Levar before and during our stay. Thank You.

Our stay here was great! I rented Christopher’s place for my 30th birthday weekend in Charlotte & it was a decent drive to/from everything. LOTS of food options close by if you enjoy take-out/fast food over cooking. Grocery stores were also just as close. The house was very well kept & the aesthetics were LOVE! Beds…. more than COMFORTABLE! 10/10 recommend staying here. The only thing is the GPS takes you further into the neighborhood than you need to go, so just pay attention to the numbers on the houses. Will def book again if I’m visiting the area.

Ms Diana was an amazing host. She was very responsive with any questions or needs that I had. She made sure that our group had an easy, nice stay at her beautiful home! The location was pretty convenient and we didn’t hear the planes unless we were just too loud! Lol I definitely recommend Ms. Diana hosting you for your next stay in Charlotte!

Arouna & Charlie were wonderful hosts. We loved the house especially hanging out on the porch looking out onto the lake.

Fabulous week at this property in Belmont whilst visiting our son at Belmont Abbey College. Great location only a few minutes drive from the Main Street with some fabulous restaurants to visit. All the bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped. The bathrooms were clean, modern and excellent condition. Kitchen was perfect and lots of equipment available if cooking. The host was very responsive when we needed him. My only negative was the sofa, lovely but not enough sitting for all five of us ! Can highly recommend and would stay when back next year.

Kathryn was an amazing host. She was quick to respond and really kind in her responses. The home was clean and stocked with anything you might need. She even left snacks, which my son thoroughly enjoyed! I'd definitely stay again!

The Retreat was beautiful and peaceful and just what we wanted for a weekend getaway. My kids are grown so having some place fun to go is always a plus. The game room was a hit and the space was just enough to keep us all together. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time staying here Thanksgiving. The pictures do not do the house justice and the host, Tammy, is very responsive and a great host. I highly recommend this house, and we already have another visit planned.

Everything was good, they have no complaints. Um, staying at the airbn, but only one thing that didn't fit with me. Master room bed wasn't comfortable. The other beds in the other room were very, very comfortable. I went in there to sleep in there..

A group of my friends and I stayed here for a weekend. I am from the area originally and the location cannot be beat. It a gorgeous lakefront property and we rented a boat/captain for dinner on Friday to take us down the river to a waterfront restaurant. We heated the pool but ended up using the hot tub instead. The furnishings and house itself are not new or “modern” but it looked exactly as described/and in the photos, and the house is even bigger overall. For the price, this was a great deal. We spent our time hanging out in the kitchen which had enormous windows looking outside, and on the deck, and it was super comfortable for all 11 of us there. Robert was incredibly communicative and always available to answer questions. We wished we could move in! I’d definitely stay there again. Great for large groups.

Really cute and clean house! You can definitely tell it’s a new build and it was perfect for the kids and adults to use! Lived the open space and house is totally clutter free. Also super responsive hosts!

What a great place for us to have while in the area for Christmas with our children. Perfect location to get where we needed to go quickly.

We had 5 people staying in the house for annual fire training at Gaston College. Everyone had their own room and we didn't feel like we were in each other's space. The inside was very nice and clean! We liked how close we were to downtown Gastonia where we spent most of our free time. Ashley was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The area was quiet at night. Neighbors were a bit loud while working on their truck in the afternoon but they stopped about the time it got dark(530pm). Overall a good experience and divided between 5 people was much cheaper than a hotel.

The stay at Michael’s home was nothing short of magical. The home and experience was even better than we had hoped, and we had high hopes based on the reviews and pictures. Mike is a 5-star host as well. His hospitality, thoughtfulness and generosity make him a true pro as a host. It was the easiest check in and out experience I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. Upon entry, we were met by a warm fire (already started in the fireplace), soft lighting and music playing on the record player, and a warmth that made us feel like we were walking into a 5-star cabin experience. We will DEFINITELY return as soon as we can. It will be the place we stay in Charlotte now. Not only was the home and host experience amazing, but the location was ideal… under 10 min to CLT, a few minutes from Belmont, and even less to the U.S. Whitewater facilities. What a find! Our group of nine ranged in age from 17-67. The home was spacious and allowed us to gather for meals or scatter for some quiet moments. We loved having a bedroom and bathroom for everyone! Four king beds was wonderful, too. All of us agreed the beds were very comfortable. The game room offered another place for old and young to come together. Us old folks showed the young ones a thing or two about pool and they showed us a thing or two about video games! (They brought their Switch which we played on the tv in the room). The vintage arcade games were fun for all and there’s plenty of seating for those who just want to hang out and watch. Jennifer was very responsive with any questions we had. She also checked in when there was a tornado warning in the area and let us know when it had passed. There is a Harris Teeter’s at the top of the neighborhood which made it convenient to grab food items we needed upon arrival and the home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Great stay!

Stayed at Shelley’s house with my mom and sister the night before my wedding in downtown Gastonia! The beds were very comfy, the yard so peaceful, and it was super helpful to have the fridge stocked with essentials like coffee, creamer, condiments, etc.

this place was nice and clean. I would go back.. had a little trouble with the lock and getting in but Marcus answered right away and called and helped me get in!!!! he was very nice and quick to respond ill be going back!!!!

The house was well decorated and had everything we needed for our family. Ziggy had clear communication and the listing information was accurate and helpful.
