Good communication, clean and cozy apartment in the basement. Central and quiet location between the city center and the local mountain. I'd love to come back.

A little piece of heaven in a grandiose and wild valley. Capital of cross-country skiing and hiking. Shops and restaurants within walking distance by a nice walking trail and marked out. Friendly and well-equipped hosts who released snow (lots of snow) around our car every day. A relaxing and enchanting stay in the heart of nature.

Incredibly cute little apartment with cozy charm. Even at below -10° outside, it was possible for us to create a good and warm atmosphere in it. we never met Marlen and Jürgen in person, but they were always friendly and quick to reach via messages.

We are French and we do not speak German or English. The exchanges were therefore limited but we felt a great welcome with a lot of courtesy. Beautiful apartment fully matches the directions. Neighborhood and very quiet house. Very nice environment. A paradise for those who mainly practice cross-country skiing. Beautiful hikes to do throughout the Leutasch, Seefeld and Mittenwald area in particular. You can rent this apartment without a second thought.
