Staying at Giuseppe's place was great! The place is surrounded by beautiful landscapes; it looks like it came straight out of a fairy tale. Giuseppe was very responsive and provided detailed informatioin about check-in and my stay. I'd definitely recommend this place, it's breathtakingly peaceful.

Great stay in a quiet place, accommodation provided with two very large terraces where you can also have lunch in complete tranquility. Description of the true accommodation, in the apartment there are two very comfortable air conditioners to use. Positive note also to the manicured garden with space for comfortable internal parking, all seasoned by a really helpful and friendly person, Raffaella.

Nice convenient place esp. if you are looking for a place close to town center and places to socialise and entertain within a walking distance. There where a few city events during the period of our stay [Christmas through New Years] so it became a little noisy but in a positive way. If you are a person that eats out it is a perfect place. If you like us and cook for yourself [due to our food intolerances and allergies] more than eat out than you would not mind Damiano to equip kitchen with a few more convenient things like electric kettle, new frying pans, full size coffee mugs and microwave to quickly heat up your food after full but tiring day of exiting sightseeing. We stayed during Christmas/new year period and the place was really warm and cosy. Hot shower, clean linens, clean place. Whining 10 min distance by car you have absolutely amazing places to explore like the valley of Sant oliva and Monticheli, Esperia, and the Monti Aurunci hiking and mountain bike trails.

Guiseppina is an excellent host, she was easy to contact and provided great tips on what to see in the local area! The apartment is clean and spacious with all the essentials you need. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, crockery etc. The TV is large and of good quality and includes netflix. There are great panoramic views of the sea from the terrace. There is a desk and monitor for working if needed (only VGA connection though) and also WIFI, though I found it a bit too slow for anything beyond basic tasks. The old town of Minturno is pretty, but there was not much happening when I visited in January, and most restaurants were closed, but it looks like there would be plenty of options during the summer. I did get to the flat by walking from the train station, which is 30mins, but there are also local buses which stop by the house. Overall would recommend this apartment, I really enjoyed my stay.
